(maybe that sub board has potential after all anyway back to topic, who have wrexham got tomorrow ? Small matter of the Stags. Or, as some with long memories prefer to call them, the Scabs. Tough game. They have the best away record in the league. Should be a cracker. I say first goal wins tomorrow, I think 3-0 to you

I don't call £9 million of debt investment I call it spending beyond your income But we're told Roland is now bankrolling us but it's debt/shareholding he's accruing. The money isn't donated. Shareholding is investment, debt isn't. That's my point with Hollywood. Their owners said it was all going to be sustainable and they wouldn't do anything to jeopardise the Club. If they had added £8/9 million as share holdings I would agree with you but they haven't they have way overspent and added a massive debt to the Club. It's also how it's being reported. Hollywood FC owe wonderful benefactors a bit of money, not "Financial doping sees Football Club buy the way back to the Football League with money the Club doesn't have leaving them £9 million in debt, luckily an FA Cup run cuts loses to only £9 million"

As Doc Proc says, this is the books up to June 2023 and doesn't factor in a lot of stuff Companies house has now been published and does break it down quite a bit .pre, for those who are of that way thinking find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/07698872/filing-historySomeone on twitter has already highlighted key takeaways Interest on loans from owners £8k a week. A quarter of club’s revenue came from overseas Retail (merch) income £3.4m, first time in football that merch has outperformed other revenue streams. Wrexham spent more money than it generated in day to day activities in 22/23. Large investment in infrastructure of £8m in last two years. Club borrowed over £5m in season. Biggest costs for clubs are player related. Amortisation (transfer fees over contract period) more than doubled to £651k. Wages £66 for every £100 of revenue. Average weekly first team wage about £2,700. Wrexham bought players for over £1m in 22/23 and promoted with the costliest squad in NL history at £2.2m Stadium development continued with total infrastructure spending of £3.5m in the year. Owner loans almost £9m by end of season. Interest charged at Bank of England plus 3%. Big cheeses at the club earned £773k in the year. I would add, for a non league club to have a turnover of over £10m and an expenditure of £15m is absolutely ludicrous!
But it hasn't just been spent on the team, it's been spent on so much more

I sometimes wonder who will go bust first - Town or Wrectum? I also look forward to our matches next season in League 1. 🤞

Some serious questions, how do you feel about the owners taking money out of the Club? How do you feel about the agreement that has been signed that allows your owners to use the Clubs name/images to make money for themselves personally? How do you feel about the company that owns your Club hasn't published any accounts since 2021?

Not sure how it is swings and roundabouts as owners have put the Club £9 million in debt, they haven't given them that money 2. I was asking how you feel about them using your Club to make money for themselves rather than in going to the Club? 3. I am no expert but it reads that RR Mcreynolds LLC own the Club. It appears that company haven't posted any accounts since 2021. All this talk of all the money your owners with no indication of the state of the Company that owns its difficult to tell your actual position. Other Clubs have got into points deductions when the owning Company become insolvent.

Unfortunately, it still seems that Stockport, Mansfield and Wrexham will be in the 3 automatic promotion places. You’re probably right. 3 wins from the last 5 will almost certainly be enough, but 2 wins and a draw will probably do it. Thankfully only 2 more away games. I was chatting to a Shrewsbury fan during tonight’s game and we were in agreement that we’ll both be in L1 next season largely because the teams below us are running out of games to catch us up.

The owners will just put the club into more debt buying Championship players on Championship wages.

"sustainable growth" last night was always going to be tough - Donny are the form team at present and are 50/50 for pushing for the playoffs. Weather didnt help, plus one of those games where their keeper had a blinder. Mullin also got a bit greedy looking for his 100th goal and tapped in a shot on goal from an offside position another away trip to Colchester on Saturday, the Cowleys are doing a good job at setting up for a draw but hopefully the players will be up for it.

Good at home, poor away wrexsham 🤷🤷.....simple as We had won 3 and drawn 1 of our last 4 away games, but we were really poor last night. A typical Wrexham away performance. Donny weren’t great but deserved the win and have now won 6 on the bounce. Could be dangerous if they scrape into the playoffs. Looks like we’ll just about crawl over the line and thankfully a few contracts are up. There’ll be a lot of new faces whichever league we’re in.

Can’t believe I’m saying it but want Wrectum to come up. Assuming shrews don’t implode, a minimum of two derby matches next season, probably (with the new deal) chosen for live tv.
The odd defeat here and there won’t dent the promotion push but does show the obvious frailties Wrectum have and will find it very tough in League One. Hopefully Dunkley doesn’t like the drive from Wolverhampton over the border compared the good old M54, and stays.

his biggest faux pas here was doing it literally face to face with the police line. He was therefore easily identifiable and they had probably had enough by that time and wanted to arrest someone the length of ban is probably excessive, but they make examples nowadays
