Martin - I can’t work out if you’re on a fishing expedition, hate Wrexham that much or just plain ignorant. Anyway - Ryan has been to two home games and Rob just the one. I know, I know …….absent owners who don’t give a toss and want to run us into the ground. Basically, the chances of catching either of them at a game are remote to say the least. Who are the other celebrities we might turn up to see then? Name one who’s been to a game on the back of all this. RR a C-list celebrity? Really? I’m getting on in years, but even I know that’s a pretty naive comment. Think you need to get over the Lee Jones goal in 2003, Martin. I don't recall saying RR is a C-list celeb?

We did it, NOTHING else matters. Dread to think if we hadnt won that shoot out, hell we could still be down there playing the likes of Wrexham for 15 years 😊 Yeah, the likes of clubs with a bigger fan base 👍 Bigger fan base gains you nothing. Zilch, Nada, Neit. Ask Bradford City for one, but they actually ARE still bigger than Wrexham (currently and recently, and possibly going foreard). There are others I could mention too.....

And the rival who has beaten you 5 times out of 6 since the game you mentioned. Also the rival who is a member of the Football League, something you have only dreamed of being a member of since 2007.

I thought all those fans turned up to see if that Z list non-entity Noto had turned up to a game?

In fact we have played each of those Clubs more times in last 10 years in competitive first team fixtures than we have them.

kaló mesiméri!
What a time to be poolside for the drama? On Saturday we beat Southed and 'County' lost. Going through the emotions watching the latter lose after we win on the big screen around the pool Get in! The next couple of weeks are going to be very interesting. And 48 hours later we've got Massive Monday. It's too much! Anything could happen. Boreham Wood away is going to be tough. Everyone watching the game around the pool was impressed by their performance at Stockport. I fancy Chesterfield giving 'County' a tough game as well. There could be points dropped in both games. In an ideal world we win and Stockport draw or lose Hopefully in their game the players kick lumps out of each other and 1 or 2 Stockport get sent off as well. Next Sunday's BT Sport showdown between the two sides would be something to behold. It was always on the cards. Stockport fans are rightly worried. Their 11 point lead has gome. They're wobbling! There's no pressure on us to win the league. The pressure's all on them. On them not to lose it! After all they're bragging. They'd won it first week in March! I've always felt and said *Countys' last 4 games would be tough. It starts today. 3 pm GMT Sadly they're not playing a Chesterfield side we all expected though We don't know what's going to happen at Boreham Wood. We don't know what to expect. We beat Stockport in the cup 2-0, Barnet 6-0. .Alty 4-0. Lose 2-1 at foookin' Woking? Go 1-@ down for 48 mins at Weymouth? Then scoring 6 second half? We don't know what's going to happen next? A white knuckle ride. It's a fooookin' rollercoaster! We really don't know what to expect what team urns up at Boreham Wood. You'd like to think and hope they're up for it....Or am I being paranoid? All the permutations other teams could still win the league. Halifax It could go down to the wire. The title could happen. It'll be one of those things if we're pipped. All things considered the play offs would have been great this season. we booked in already for a Wembley Cup Final. There's no pressure on us to win the league All the presure's on 'County' not to lose the league.

Just look at our fans watching the last County game.

We need Stockport to get back the 3 points from Chesterfield they lost against Boreham Wood.
That would leave them needing to win their 2 home games against Torquay and Halifax.
I'm assuming they'll lose against Wrexham.
An additional bonus would be if Chesterfield lose and Dagenham & Redbridge win today, which would keep D&R interested in the play offs when they play Wrexham, rather than being on the beach.

Boreham Wood 0-1 Wrexham. Inevitable against 10 men. Let's hope Stockport can hold on.

Meanwhile, another Welsh Club, Newport County, are doing us a great favour by beating Port Vale 2-1. and keeping them out of the automatic promotion places.
Vale's last game is away at Exeter who need a win to become Champions.

Both full times now. Stockport win and Wrexham bottle it in the last minute, just like they will in the play-offs.
Stockport can win the title with a win over Wrexham next… how great would that be!

And even if they dont, they have 2 home games to finish with so it's still their title to chuck away. Could be a bit feisty at the Racecourse next sunday. Wonder how many will get sent off? Wonder just how much it will kick off in the stands and outside after?

So, even if Wrexham beat Stockport next week, Stockport will probably only have to win one of their last 2 home fixtures, as they have a 4 goal better goal difference.

Lisa a Wrexham mad housewife from Flint dug out her book of football clichés and commented......
" disappointing result especially given Boreham had 10 men . Is what it is, dust off, move onto the next game. Not over yet.... promotion still up for grabs"
Kyle Jones an unemployed pet food taster and lifelong Racecourse season ticket holder was not so positive as he simply commented
"bottle jobs"
