Kalispera! From the balcony. The table makes very pleasant reading indeed. Believe me, I've been around a long time and I've seen a lot of football over the years. Lot's of drama right down to the final game. I raised more than an eyebrow when 'County' fans declared they'd won the title first week in March. They're lead has been slashed from 16 points down to 4. You don't take nowt for granted in this game. Thinking you will win such and such game means nothing. It's winning that only matters. We won last night, Stockports game in hand means nothing. We have the 3 points under our belt. Said all along 'County' will wobble. The pressure's all on them. We'll be twisting, squeezing and pulling till the final whistle. If they are pipped it'll be hilarious. Their fans'll be fooookin' devastatated! And quite rightly so for their naivety alone Countys website reports it's 3 years since they last won a league title. It was non league north. It's not a 'league title' in my book. I wouldn't walk around Wrexham and say we've won a second league title if we won the National? fb.watch/cFyvx-FuYr/What next? Chester saying they've foook'in won ' 3 succcessive league titles'? Don't be ridiculous. It could be one hell of a comedown for County. If they win it before or at our home game our fans will give them a clap. We're like that. It ain't over by a long way. 🍹

**** me, if you think wxm fans wouldn't do the same as stockport fans did in March, you are deluded . I've been around your lot for years and I know what they're like---- thinking they're the absolute dogs b******s, and should be playing in the premiership----- instead they're still playing in the BANANARAMA CONFERENCE---- and still trying to get out of it---- still deluded after all these years🙄🙄🙈🙈🤭

It’s like any club Chirk, including STFC. Have a read of the patronising, some might say arrogant, comments on here towards Wrexham and the National League in general. From my lowly non-league position I’d say it’s many of you who think you’re the dogs b******s

Of course we do doc, wxm always thought they were bigger than shrewsbury, just putting you lot to rights.never much between the teams over the years, bar the last 15, so what can I say.is that fair comment or not?

Wrexham are currently pulling in fans from all over north and mid wales in their thousands. Quite where most have been for decades is anyones guess. What I would say is apart from 1 stand the racecourse is seriously dated and needs modernising pronto. If they get promoted via the play offs ( that’s a big if as well) I do feel they could rise again to L1.

Poor since Everton. I think Stockport’s arse has gone. Their remaining games are Chesterfield (a) Wrexham (a) Torquay (h) Halifax (h). Tough.
Today’s win gives BW a very slight chance of the playoffs, so our game there will be difficult, and then Stockport and Daggers. Twists and turns to come, but I think we’re just about favourites at the moment

Kalispera!
Well well well… It really is cocktails and dreams.
We’re absolutely delighted. I’m just having a freshen up and back out for a few more. ‘County’ are wobbling more than a Rowntrees jelly. Wobble wobble!
They’re more nervous than Fred West spotting a Ground Force van pull up outside the house!

I've just got in.
Standing on the balcony. Drink in hand. Sea breeze and waves. looking out. Reflecting. Trying to block out the weather, clubs and pubs, restaurants, fancy cars etc Trying to come to terms with it all. Keep my feet on the ground. It's difficult.
Talk about the millionaire feeling? Life changing? It never happens to you… Well it really happened to us!
We're living the high life. Everything is absolutely fantastic.
What a season we're having?

What a season we're having? Only an acceptable season if you get promoted. Anything else is failure I don’t think so. Teams have to spend big to get out of this league, but rarely do it first time. Stockport have spent big for the last two years. It would be disappointing, but we will for sure be even stronger next season, whatever league we’re in.

I actually think Wrexham will do it , Stockport are on the ropes. We need a local derby to look forward to.

I would think most Wrexham and Shrewsbury fans don’t feel the rivalry, and it’s going to get that way with Wrexham and Chester. With the greatest respect, but games against Kings Lynn et al and their bands of 20 loyal fans just don’t cut it

'Teams have to spend big to get out of this League'. I accept that was the case with FGR and Salford, but Sutton, Barrow, Harrogate?

Luton, Tranmere and Fleetwood spent a bit too. Think you’re right about the others, and down to really good management, though I seem to recall Harrogate having a hefty wage bill. The league is getting stronger every year though, full of so many what we would consider FL clubs.

Good point, though that was a fair few years ago and the Conference was a different animal then. I’d say over the last 10 years the amount of money spent has increased by a staggering amount. So many more ex-league clubs desperately trying for the one automatic promotion place.

Martin - I can’t work out if you’re on a fishing expedition, hate Wrexham that much or just plain ignorant. Anyway - Ryan has been to two home games and Rob just the one. I know, I know …….absent owners who don’t give a toss and want to run us into the ground. Basically, the chances of catching either of them at a game are remote to say the least. Who are the other celebrities we might turn up to see then? Name one who’s been to a game on the back of all this. RR a C-list celebrity? Really? I’m getting on in years, but even I know that’s a pretty naive comment. Think you need to get over the Lee Jones goal in 2003, Martin.
