Go on then, I’ll play along with you. TNS has a more prestigious history than Wrexham because.. Ancient history, no. But TNS were playing a Euopean qualifying match last week. Where were Wrexham? Sorry, missed your game in Europe. If you want to measure a club’s history on European encounters, let’s go.

If you want to measure a club’s history on European encounters, let’s go. That's very ancient history which includes Shrewsbury winning the Welsh cup, but not being allowed to take up their rightfully earned place in Europe. All water under the bridge now, we have bigger, League 1, clubs to fry! Ipswich, Sunderland, the sort of clubs you are left to dream about playing nowadays....

Funnily enough, just come home from a short break to Rome. Did the a Stadio Olympico tour and one of the guides recognised my lad’s top. Remembered our two games against Roma in 1984-5 season. Trivia time - which current prem boss was in the Roma line up that day? Who was Roma’s coach? Which former Shrew played for Wrexham in both ties?

There we are.
I told you I'd heard strong information that Tom O'Connor was "tearing it up" in training. And he obliges in our demolition of Savage's Macclesfield today. We're looking good. With more signings on the cards.
Who remembers this? Your Riverside singing 'Gary bennett you're a wi**nker!' and Benno scores and does the funny walk past your famous Riverside....
Happy days!

So patronising to those you clearly consider to be lesser clubs. To stoop to your level for a moment, at least we know our home gate against Dorking will be bigger than yours against Derby, Wednesday or Ipswich.

As you've found out over the years, your attendances dont help 1 bit in getting you higher in the league standings. You can play in front of 100,000 but you are still 2 levels below us.

When you mentioned patronising, it didn’t occur to you that your comment about MK Dons also fell into that category?

I have a slightly more recent memory - Wrexham lad Darren Moss scoring for Town at the New Meadow to pretty well condemn Wrexham to a spell in the Conference. We had a spell there which lasted 12 months so I never dreamt that that would take an age to get back to the heady heights of Fourth Division football.

The club is the very antithesis of what a football club should be. I take it you know the story behind their creation? Their whole existence is wrong.

My most recent memory of our encounters at GM was a 1-0 victory. I think that will always make Wrexham the last club to win a league game there.
