6,150 season tickets sold as at the end of today. The shop can’t sell anymore now until the deadline for current holders to renew has passed. Apparently only 60% of the seats can be sold as season tickets, so the hundreds of disappointed fans who couldn’t get one today have had to go on a waiting list. It’s like Liverpool! Imagine what it will be like when we’re back in the FL. How many have Shrewsbury sold so far? Come on, dont start being Billy Big Bollox now the season has finished. You were quite a decent poster most of the season, and you will never be in the same league as your fellow comrade. He has taken hyping up the impossible to a far higher level than anyone else ever could so dont even try 🙂 Mask slips for the good doctor every now and again. Didn't see hide nor of him for 15 years, now he turns up to remind us all in an oh so respectful way how many season ticket holders Wrexham have now the circus is in town. Worst kind of gaslighting. Wrexham's current number of season tickets alone is better than any average attendance they've achieved since the 1990s barring last season. That's not "loyal fans who'd boycotted the club returning" it's several thousand glory hinters who've just spotted a bandwagon in town.

Impressive that.Glory Hunters, part timers, all coming out of the woodwork jumping on the Hollywood bandwagon.Where were they when you rearly needed them?Rumour has it one of your owners wanted to do some dressing room jig with the players all for Tik Tok after you'd just lost to Grimsby, players refused allegedly. Will all end in tears somewhere down the line. You’re right. It is impressive. Where were the fans when the club needed them? Demonstrates how little you know about our recent past, I’m afraid

Frank - if any club retained just its loyal fan base, then crowds would never improve. Clubs our size need glory hunters. Why is it that as soon as I give a bit back, you can’t handle it?

I've just come in. Drink in hand from the front terrace. It's very quiet out there. You can see for miles. Reflecting on unbelievable times. Club and country. It's nice to be away from it. The fanatic support etc It's been a long Bank Holiday weekend with Wales thrown in at the end on Sunday. Monday was a write off but it was worth it. I thought it was a bank holiday? Barged my way into Stans at 3.50 pm. No prisoners. As predicted we've sold out our capped season tickets. With the exception of the small exising ST holders who have plenty of time to renew. Around 6650. Look at us.....now! Like last season we've got a membership waiting list structure. Tickets etc Every game is likely to be sold out. Tickets sold out within minutes of release, because that's whats been happening. It's only June 8. It's unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. Our ground's too small for us. As soon as the new stand is built, the better. They should consider a bigger capacity. Upper League One support. It's all on a timescale. We will get promoted and higher. It's just a matter of time We must have player targets. I'm as excited as the next fan. I can't ***$..kin wait to see who they are. Anyone who expected us to walk the league last season had over expectations. We did incredibly though. I've said it all along. 'We're just....getting started'

Wrexham's M.P. is Sarah Atherton (Conservative) who has a majority of 2,131. She's referred to Wrexham as 'Wrexham Athletic' in the House of Commons, so is clearly as much on the ball re her local club as Kawczynski is to ours! www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-61491818So consider the money to be forthcoming. I know of at least 3 Tory M.Ps who have more or less admitted that they'd have voted against Johnson had their Constituency not been awarded money under the Levelling Up Fund, which has been heavily slanted towards Tory marginals. Bribery? Surely not!

Having thousands of season ticket holders means nothing, ask Man U fans. Why don't they take the sheet off the building site and issue sheepdippers with a hard hat on the way in.

Upper league 1 support for a non-league side? Building bits on the existing Racecourse rather than building a nice new stadium? Fans raving about what? They haven't actually achieved - anything. Some rum goings on in Wrexham, is there any reason to suppose things will change next season?
Meanwhile, Shrewsbury Town will again ply their trade in League 1 against some pretty big name clubs, not have to qualify to get into the FA Cup, etc.

I was glad to see the deluded one back. Was worried about him. I expect he had to cancel all his appointments, which can be dangerous for someone in such a perilous mental state.
Have a good close season all you amazing Wrexham fans, then it's back to non-league, non-achieving.

Just need one team to finish above Wrexham next season and gain the automatic promotion place.
Then Wrexham can do their usual party piece in fouling up the play offs.

I've just come in from the front terrace. The weathers turned. Changed for the better. Lot's of premium German beers. We're going back to Nissi Wednesday. We couldn't resist it. Fastrack through MCR and straight to the 1903 Lounge. They know how to look after regulars. Frequent flyers. Unlimited a la carte, premium brand optics etc. We're the ones you see arriving at the gate on an airport buggy. With the orange flashing light. At the moment I'm like every other fan of the club. Fully expecting significant close season signings. Not knowing what to expect after smashing our transfer record, Super Paul Mullin, and numerous excellent building recruitments additions to the club in our first season. We've progressed immensely on and off the pitch. It's huge. Unbelievable. It's been absolutely unbelievable! Everyone in football would raise an eyebrow if we didn't strengthen in the transfer market. Our commercial side and massive support dictates a strong arm in the market. I've been around too long time in football not to exect the unexpected either. Especially at Crispin Lane. We could lose one of our more prominent players close season as well. At the drop of a hat these days. That's football. Let's be fair though. For Shruwsbury fans, the blue and yellow half of the county, even if we draw you're on here. If Mullin, Palmer etc had to leave......It would be the biggest ***^3,ookin' bang you've had in lifes since that helluva crap load of ammonium nitrate went up in Beirut in 2020. You literally wouldn't come down off the ceiling for two weeks in Mullin etc got snapped up by a bigger club? I'm expecting the unexpected. We will make our transfer moves in due time

Mullin to Shrewsbury? Probably too old, Cotterill will want to bring in younger and better.

If the takeover at Derby County falls through and the club fails, will the EFL potentially go with 71 teams next season or is there a route for Wrexham to get a belated and undeserved promotion?
Really hoping that the takeover can go through in time, but the fixtures are already being arranged and are due out in less than two weeks. I don't know how long the EFL can wait before making a decision.

Didnt help the fact that the EFL kept that fiasco going for weeks through their inept handling of it though. Finally expelled a week or two after the season had kicked off if my memory is correct?
