As we've taken 1 point from 7 away games I'd be expecting Stratford are rubbing their hands.
Defeat is not an option.

Wouldnt put them as favourites but there is every reason to think an upset may well be on the cards. Anyone care to comment on if we have ever been beaten in an FA Cup tie against a team at this level before, cos I'm worried with our team this season for sure.

I’m more convinced now tie will have some TV live coverage, whether abroad or UK based.
I reckon BBC might smell an potential upset given how poor we are right now.

Were Histon at the same level?
Given our recent track record against non league teams I'll be shocked if we get through.

As we've taken 1 point from 7 away games I'd be expecting Stratford are rubbing their hands. Defeat is not an option. with the cup opponents now confirmed, and Cambridge up saturday, what better time to revisit last seasons game, I wonder if now seeing our current position on and off the pitch some will see how harsh we were back then this time last season a 2-0 win away to high flying Cambridge no doubt our fans were happy lets have a recap (dont shoot the messenger ) Again, what a random team. What’s Ricketts obsession with Walker? Surprised by Cambridge’s line up with the absence of their top scorers. Three or four changes to their league line ups. Are they injured or resting them for the league? Could make it slightly more embarrassing if we end up losing this. Tbf were quite good at causing our own problems Need to stop playing out from the back. A few wayward passes from Walker putting us under the cosh. The most frequently-used phrase on the radio commentary is ".. up to Udoh who is beaten in the air....." cambridge are going to score from these corners they are winning to many headers from them.pugh looks the most lively town players.we need to string some passes together and get hold of this game One team full of confidence, one team looks fragile. I only watched 20 odd minutes. That's my take away from that. cambridge are going to score from these corners they are winning to many headers from them.pugh looks the most lively town players.we need to string some passes together and get hold of this game They do look dangerous from set pieces. Looking very vulnerable from corners and set pieces. One team full of confidence, one team looks fragile. I only watched 20 odd minutes. That's my take away from that. from what ive seen its been end to end, could be 2-2 both sides look confident to attack, no one looks fragile whatever that means ? town look a fragile team who are low on confidence and self belief. we badly need to win this. we are still level so let us hope we can go up a few gears. Get in! Poor defending and awful goalkeeping but who cares. town playing too deep and inviting pressuer. What’s Ricketts obsession with Walker? clueless isnt he ;-) oh i see you just logged off clueless isnt he ;-) oh i see you just logged off Well he is clueless we know that, if he’s signed a central midfielder to play centre half and smash one in from 30 yards against lower league opposition then I won’t be complaining about it! Doesn’t make him a good manager. Good to see a few players getting much needed minutes today. Cant get carried away beating a weakened L2 side but a wins a win and we have to take everything we can get at the moment. Calm down sweet cheeks! We kept Cambridge out by the skin of our teeth and they will feel very hard done by to lose that. I remember Edwards name being mentioned twice, nurburn's only slightly more. They spent the vast majority of the game watching the ball fly over their heads so I'd love to know how you have come to the conclusion that they were superb. Good battling performance from a team low on confidence but let's not make out were played well. Pleased with a professional performance and win, with the caveat that Cambridge were missing some key players. That bench was the strongest in weeks, and we have the opportunity of a “free hit” against Crewe now in midweek to try and build upon it, as a result is required against Swindon next weekend. With such a poor start in the league I suspect we cannot afford the cup hangovers that we had either side of the Bristol City and Liverpool matches last season... We were missing more players than Cambridge were Probably due to us not getting fit in pre season which had contributed to the injuries Pardon me for being concerned that other than Wimbledon the only sides we have beaten this season are an under 21 team and two much changed sides from the division below...

Thanks for popping me up on here, but I fail to see what was negative or untrue by my post? If you look at posts post may you you’d notice i was positive about the result, but hey don’t let that get in the way of your weird agenda 🤔🤔

So yes, I'd say the majority of fans were happy blueandamber.proboards.com/thread/100931/cambridge-game?page=7
