Saw this advertised during the England game last night, who do we want to go through and play? Must admit I don’t know where about a quarter of the teams are from. Corinthian casuals would be quite cool.

Sunderland away, lose 1-0, Bow out quietly and save any embarrassment for being bottom of the league

I gather this is the last qualifying round before the 1st round proper is it? I suppose the obvious would be Hereford and Wrexham (although I think most would rather do so with us in a better state of mind).
Some cracking names in there, mind. Folkestone Invicta, Bowers & Pitsea, Corinthian Casuals. But I think Pontefract Collieries just about edges it on that front...👍

Of course I have the week off and could travel anywhere so its likely to be at home lol Failing that it will be a great looking away fixture moved to the Monday when I’m back at work
I’ll go for hungerford away as a prediction
Kiddy away would be a great day out , used to love that little trip or maybe Harrogate away just to p**s off scooter who recently missed a town game to go there to complete his latest 92 collection 😜
How about Tamworth away , at least the club know it’s a plastic pitch now and won’t have to call it off for unforeseen circumstances shortly before 🙄

Rexham at the Racecourse would be good. ….and be frog-marched to the station by the North Wales Gestapo, even though you have driven up there and parked in the opposite direction. No thanks, Marine would be nice though. Just a goal kick away from Crosby beach.

Corinthian Casuals reminds me of the days of the amateur/professional divide when they were one of the top amateur teams, along with Pegasus and Bishop Auckland and their players were as well known as those who played for the best clubs.
Being amateur and not under contract they could ‘guest’ for pro teams who needed injury cover.
The goalie Mike Pinner guested for many league clubs, including Chelsea and Man U.

Away trip non league would be good, Marske v Gateshead and up to the north east.
Failing that somewhere London way, Harrow or Wealdstone (best part of the 2018 play off final)
Or even Banbury United to see Kelvin Langmead

There have been some great games in the past but can't help but feel that we don't want to be playing Wrexham in any context this season or next. We've only got something to lose there.
Let's give it another couple of years and see what our situations are.

Southport v Altrincham - winner of that one away please. We played at Altrincham a few years ago, I had to make a swift return from a business trip to Indonesia to get to the game. Barely worth it as we struggled to a 1-0 win. The way things are now it’s not beyond the realms of possibility that we’ll play Alty in the league next season.

Love the name Bowers and Pitsea. That would be a good one for a live game . Home ground is the Les Salmon stadium. I'm sold.

Always pray for an away game at a quirky non-league ground. Nailed on it will be another League One team at home.

Corinthian casuals would be quite cool. Sadly I've been to most of them apart from a few further north. Of the 64 teams there are only 11 I haven't been to and that includes York City and Boston United who both have new grounds! from ties 10-32 it's just Yate Town from the Bristol area.
Not sure which game I will do on Saturday but will likely be Dorking Wanderers although I have been to the ground as it was home of Dorking FC who folded and later Wanderers took over the site.
Foregoing the FA Cup and having a day trip with a Burnley mate to Sussex coast and Bexhill United v East Preston in Southern Combination. Been on my want list for a while and having come into Step 5 this season there is no excuse!
The FA Cup gets a bit hard work at this stage it's much more enjoyable when the extra-preliminary round start early August
