Finally caved in and agreed to do something else on Saturday as I wasn't particularly interested in the entertainment Salop have been offering so far this season, obviously hope we win but I can't see anything other than a 3-1/4-1 defeat.

I think this is a really important game for us. Another loss would make it four on the trot in the league with a team that looks like it is sleepwalking towards relegation. We have some experienced players at the back who are letting us down by letting in goals from set pieces. If we can stop doing that I think we can conjure up a goal from somewhere and sneak a 1-0 victory.

Huge game for us. Not confident at all. Might stick a £10 on MK & Wrexham, that'll curse them for sure.

we have lost more games than any other team in the league, only doncaster have a worse difference than us and they are bottom. with figures like that then the priority is to sort out the defence and the goalkepper , pherhaps we need to hire a defensive coach? because we need to do somthing different to get out of the bottom four.

Best part of the those goalkeeper stats tables is that Andy Fisher _________ MK Dons was low last season and is low this season. Good news, play Bloxham and let him run riot.

Failing to score more goals than the opposition is the main reason so as important to increase our attacking areas… we’ve only lost by 1 goal in the last 9 games …. Only Doncaster have scored less goals than us yet 9 clubs have conceded the same or more goals than us with Accrington in 11th conceding 2 more than us. We need more goals and yes a clean sheet would be good now and then……

I think I'd settle for 0-0 just to get that clean sheet. MK look quite decent this year so a point might not be such a bad result. Perhaps if we play our best striker we may even grab a goal.

I'd settle for 1 goal for us and hope for the best

Anything more is a bonus. I don't think that's desperate, I think it would be sensible.

Definetly no Vela and Pierre, Bowman and Daniels all doubts.
Marosi
Bennett, Pennington, EBL, Nurse, Ogbeta
Leahy, Davis, Whalley
Bloxham, Udoh
Doesn’t look good on paper. But we’re still going to win

It doesn't mean that people want to go and see a 0-0 draw. It simply means that some people would like us not to concede given our recent record. That's all - no big deal, no in depth analysis about entertainment or creative flair or what people have said in previous seasons. Just a point about not conceding.

I don't think that the starting 11 will be a surprise
Marosi Bennett, Pennington, Ebanks-Landell, Pierre, Nurse Bloxham, Davis, Leahy, Whalley Cosgrove
Udoh and Ogbeta coming on for Cosgrove and EEL in the second half when we are trailing by 2 goals to move to a 442 with Ogbeta on the left and Whalley moving over to the right and Bloxham going up front. A spirited fightback to bring us to a 2-1 defeat.

Attack is the best form of defence.... yes it is but we dont have one or least we dont have one that scores enough Like in the days when The Shop used to hold the ball up their corner for the last few minutes, while the ball is up their end of the field it isn't causing us any trouble.

Attack is the best form of defence.... yes it is but we dont have one or least we dont have one that scores enough 9 goals in 12 games. Again only Doncaster are worse. Problems are sadly all over the pitch. It's hard not to look at recruitment as the issue - from the same game only 8 months ago, we only have 4 starters from that game left in the squad and expect only 2 likely to start today. Whilst MK Dons aren't wildly dissimilar, look at who they brought in compared to Shrewsburys incomings (in numbers and quality), and that will certainly give some explanation of why things are so different to the situation earlier in the year. Maybe it is money though - Shrewsbury aren't going to spend the money they did on Mo Eisa. As said above take anything from this game. Expect it to be a fairly frosty crowd though - and SC probably much the same. Could go very badly....

About time we all had a word with ourselves. We are meant to be supporters. Yes their have been issues this season, yes the transfer window was poor and yes the start was awful but the fact is we are in a relegation scr@p. The players have been in every game and are giving maximum effort. This is the squad we have so why don't we try get behind them instead of being so god dam depressing. Scr@ping for every point and having something to play for is one of the bests part of being a football fan. Who'd want a boring midtable finish

I agree we should support the team during the game if maximum effort is put in……..
If however the poor results continue any dissatisfaction at the end shoukd be directed at the manager and board…. or should we politely clap?
