Will chase this up. It was recorded and was going to be put out ALSO minutes were also taken...
I live tweeted the key details on twitter from the night too.
Nothing to hid, just suspect the fans in charge of getting it up are busy...
One thing is the virtual meeting worked well and it was discussed it should happen once a year for exile fans even if we get back to doing them at the stadium like normal. Great to have some new voices.
Also talk of taking the meetings "on the road" into the community.

Good stuff. Enjoyed that.👍
And really good to see the discussion towards the end there regarding how the SP meetings may be held in the future (so whether face to face, hybrid or virtual). As I would just like to echo what Ipswich (I think Lewis) and Martin mentioned, its great to be able to look in and listen to these meetings (as I'm pretty sure this is the first meeting we have been able to watch as it was virtual) and good to see fans that are based away from Shrewsbury able to join and take part.

Yes that's me! Similarly, any fans Q&A with manager / players or SP meeting online would make it widely available to fans.

the voucher system still stinks
just give fans a gift card with the value on to spend as they like at the club
gesture of goodwill ?
they were overcharged for a £10 sale and now have to queue up to 23 times for a high profit item in its place
talk about biting the hand that feeds

I thought Brian looked quite strained when talking about it. I mean under pressure to maintain a healthy budget yet be fair to fans. Personally think he’s failed but in his explanation as to the value of what fans received I’m surprised he used £20 a game for games available to attend when the true value is £13 something to a season ticket holder…..
Haven’t listened to it all but think in future you should be able to attend all meetings with a video / zoom type option for exiles..

Any mention of the discriminating refund or was that quietly skipped passed? After the clear anger and bad feeling on the thread you'd like to think it would have been quite high up the list and a "we can't refund everyone" stock answer simply isn't good enough?
Mark my words, people will vote with their feet/hard earned money.

At least Brian did admitted supporters didn’t get value for money last season.

Brian, can I just correct something thing you said If supporters attended 4 home games (£80.00 based on a match-day Adult Ticket) 19 iFollow passes for rest of the season £190.00 I say If NON SEASON TICKET HOLDERS attended 4 home games (£80.00 based on a match-day Adult Ticket) 19 iFollow passes for rest of the season £190.00 oh and you seemed to have forgotten this www.shrewsburytown.com/news/2020/october/important-ifollow-information-for-season-ticket-holders/you tried telling us it would cause problems I suggest it was so you could carry on sending out multiple codes to the same email address's its about time Jacob Marley visited the club

I’m not sure there’s as much anger as you say the majority will decide how they really feel about it after the first few games results a decent start to the season = well the club were only doing their best for the manager, im not bothered a poor start = they ripped us off and we are s**t, I want my money back

Would you agree with Ignored? Basically seniors and disabled get nothing except frozen price. Adults get free drinks upto the value of £78…. Making the differential between an adult price and a senior after the deal £17………. That that was the decision when Brian and the SLOs had the difficult discussion about pricing, let’s ignor everyone except full paying adults. The SLO’s opinions have pretty much been aligned with the clubs which is the opposite to what it’s supposed to be. They’re there to help the fans. A much fairer deal could’ve been made which would’ve suited everyone as the current one is just lame. id just like to point out we work closely with the club on most things but to say our opinions are always aligned is wrong, there are always discussions and disagreements but all we can do is put over our opinions, if that's taken on board, that's great if it isn't then its down to the club to explain their reasoning. You right we are both fans, continue to be fans and will always align ourselves with the overall opinion of the fan base.

out of interest. ( can of worms )
I dont really have too much of an issue with the idea of compensating those who were charged more than £10 for each ifollow game last season. ( pensioners were not and in fact were charged less than £10 ). ok some have still gained more than others
anyway my question
I hope not but have any adults that requested a refund early on last season been offered vouchers ?
now that would be just wrong on a big scale

also, please accept our apologies this SP wont be online live, The media guys who arrange are having a well deserved break before the season starts and it wasn't fair to drag them in for this but it will be something we look to see if we can do in future

Could the SP quite urgently raise the issue of a lack of hot water, particularly in the West Stand? As others have commented, I don't think it's worked great in the summer months historically, never mind winter.
I don't think BC & Roly will need an explanation of why hot water is crucial anyway, never mind increasingly so at the moment but if they do perhaps they should chat with SC about the importance of hygiene and the consequences of the lack of it.

Add to that ongoing issues with the Wi-fi in the West stand again last night which caused some issues even with a low crowd.
I spoke with one of the SP guyes on that last night.
Im sure Mike or Roger will be on here later to pick up the hot water issue.
