Rochdale have failed to win their last FOURTEEN Home League games.
We have failed to beat Rochdale Away for the last THIRTEEN games. Last Away win was 7-1 in 2001.
Since then our record has been LDDLDDLLLLLLL.
Any predictions for next Tuesday?

Oh well that’s it then. I’m amazed he’s still around. Should have been sacked years ago.

The way Rochdale play there should be goals in this one. I predict a famous 3-2 victory for Town.

Oh well that’s it then. I’m amazed he’s still around. Should have been sacked years ago. To be fair, it looks like it's long since been recognised that he's not good enough to be promoted to referee in the FL. He's been grubbing around the National Leagues since 2007. I note that in 3 of his last 4 League games where he's been running the line, Trevor Kettle was the referee. Good role model. Mind you, James Linington, the referee in that infamous Wycombe game, somehow got promoted to refereeing in the Championship.

Rochdale have failed to win their last FOURTEEN Home League games. Which is approximately the number of times you've mentioned that fact over the past week

We need to stop the rot. Three lacklustre performances in a row.

Williams has been poor for a while. But with Pierre still out it's difficult to see how he can be left out unless we revert to a flat back 4 or perhaps bring Walker in.
Sears doesn't seem to be foremost in the Management's mind.

I expect nothing less than a 7-1 win 😜 The evidence suggests otherwise. Anyway, don't forget Wigglesworth is running the line.

I expect nothing less than a 7-1 win 😜 Possibly because of that win, I'd covinced myself we had a decent record at Dale. It's only been the last year or two where I realised what an awful record we have, probably made worse by the fact I'd been to many of those games (including the game where we lost despite being 3-1 up). I predict an awful game of football which is decided by a scrappy goal, lets hope it is us that manages to nick it

Sears doesn't seem to be foremost in the Management's mind. The problem is if you play 4 at the back, who plays at right back? Daniels is not a full back so would struggle on the defensive side whilst Pennington & Williams are centre halves who look completely out of their comfort zone at full back and offer nothing going forwards. I thought Sears was more of a centre half, than a right back so would he fall into the same category as Williams & Pennington? Dare I say it, we miss Love as we have no other right sided full backs

Perhaps Walker can slot in at right back. Williams has done it often enough. Sears has also played there before but like some have said, he doesn't appear to be in the manager's mind. On balance, I'd go five at the back with Walker replacing Williams and Daniels at right wing back. Looks like Norburn is still not fit so I'd go for Edwards over Davis alongside Vela and Goss. Chapman and Main up front.

Hmmmmm This is a difficult one to call. A (temporarily we hope) out of form Town against possibly the most out of form side in the recent history of Div 1 (one win in 16, only one goal in 8.... I mean....how???)
Were generally good against in-form sides, the opposite when against struggling teams. Doesn't bode well then. I'm expecting mass hysteria should we fail to score, or concede more than 2. At least one sending off. Chapman to pull his finger out and start providing some assists.

Chapman and Main up front. Think I'd more or less agree with this. If walker was added for distribution makes more sense to be part of a back 3 to me rather than at wing back, and he's played there more for town. Davis needs a rest surely so even if not Edwards should be Goss and Vela in central two. Or Walker. Quite a few options. Not sure if it's a good thing that town have now or if it's just square pegs in round holes all over the park

Wont be an easy one tonight. We struggle over the years against a side in very poor form and with our mini slump I do fear we may continue it for at least another game.
First goal will go a very long way to deciding who wins it tonight I think.

prior to these four games i thought we would pick up 9 points now we will do well to get 4. we have had three below par performances on the trot , we cant afford to mess this up and we need a win to maintain the gap from the teams below us, we must regain our pressing game, improve the distribution, cut out the silly errots, control the midfield and let chapman run at them.we must score first.
