Grandison was a physical specimen, slightly clumsy and completely eccentric.
Ogbeta is a lot more technically assured and less than half the size of Grandison.

Different sort of players - let's hope Ogbeta can attain the legend status that Grandison has already. I will never forget Grandison's jinking solo goal at Notts County or his immense defensive display when we turned over Leicester at the King Power.

Ogbeta has got a lot to learn, mainly about defending. Needs to spend a summer in the gym on the weights, noticed against mk and Bristol rovers when defending and chasing the ball he chases the ball, needs to start using his body to influence the attacker.

There was a good few times last night when he was able to beat his man or make enough room to get the cross in (enjoyed that, his play out on the wing). Unfortunately we just couldn't get anyone on the end of them. I think we have already seen enough to know that we have dropped on here, good signing for sure.

I thought he was superb last night and he is only going to get better. To be putting in these performances at the age of 19 is really something. Hopefully we can extend his contract in the near future.

Depending on how he develops, he has the potential to go on to better things.
If he develops like RSW, then he will end up like Grandison. A solid enough, slightly erratic lower league defender.

It's clear he is very comfortable on the ball and been brought up to take a touch and then look for a man, even if that is playing it around our own defensive area whilst under pressure. For someone brought up with defenders like Alan Finlay, Robbie Turner, Matt Redmile, Darren Kempson, Dave Winfield, Ryan McGivern & Adam El-Abd then this makes me very nervous but I do need to get used to it and I hope he doesn't change
I believe he is more of a left back/left sided centre half but he looks a natural wing back

Williams is a good comparison, when he was 4 or 5 games into his town career I think we were all raving about him and convinced he was our next big pay day, but he’s just settled into a run of the mill League One player (no bad thing). Important to temper expectations.

Needs to improve his defending. Watch the AFC Wimbledon goal and you'll see it was only as an afterthought that he tried to track his man, but by then it was too late as he had let him get goal side of him.
Add that to his involvement in goals conceded against the Franchise and Bristol Rovers and it's clear that he is still a work in progress. However, going forward he is excellent and shows considerable promise.

Very promising, but a long, long way to go. Plenty of scope for defensive improvement. Great to watch on the ball sometimes, but I'll take a wing back delivering a telling final ball above leaving his oppo in the supermarket every day of the week. Ogbeta isn't doing that yet.

He's much less flamboyant than Grandison. But it is very hard to believe that he is still to see his 20th birthday given the way he goes about the game.

Important to temper expectations. I'd agree with this, but you have to remember RSW has had two years of what was probably 'suspect coaching' from the previous regime. He definitely hasn't kicked on like I thought he would but there's still time, and I think the environment we have now will give him every chance to flourish. He is out of contract though, so there's no guarantee he'll be here next season.

He may be a different type of footballer to Grandison but he has the potential to become a great fans’ favourite when crowds return.
