No season ticket here, i live too far away, but things to consider. 1) if everyone had a refund right now it would cripple the club 2) We have all got to dig into our pockets and start watching every game on Ifollow, I know there are some households on here that will mean reducing the revenue, but we have all got to pull together and stop getting our mates around and sharing our stream otherwise there will be no club to support next year. Not necessarily, the club may, responsibly, have ring fenced that money in case they need to refund, and instead have budgeted accordingly.

imagine how you'd feel if you had others in your household who are also season ticket holders, you could collectively be watching ifollow for a grand or so so much for loyalty when casual supporter joe bloggs can get his mates round and split a tenner between them We’ve got three. I was sent two codes but once I’d logged in with the first it wouldn’t let the same email address be used for the second. I was away so used one on the iPad but the second wouldn’t work then. I did think as the Ifollow subscriptions doesn’t cover the cost of the Missed game (I purchased after early bird so even more) the club need to give iFollow vouchers for home and away matches to compensate.... If there is chance you might need to use both codes again I would get the club to change the email address on one of the ST accounts.

Bought a season ticket to support the club financially.
Even though it doesn't look good until March at the latest (I hope!) I wouldn't ask for a refund in any situation. I need the money but my club needs it aswell.

I won’t be asking for a refund this time, but I would hope that the season ticket prices next season to be frozen if we don’t get back to live football this season.

Does anyone know if any of the money from the bribes I've been paying to ground staff to sneak into the ground make their way back to the club?
I'll continue doing that if so, it's important we all do our bit.

Two simplistic ways of looking at it
1) If all fans ask for a refund then it would have a major impact on the clubs finances. Plus we get ifollow 'for free'
2) We paid for something which we are not getting, ifollow is not a like for like subsitute and that is actually cheaper than the cost of a season ticket anyway. Plus we have money in the bank account (unlike others) which Roland always called a 'rainy day fund' and if this isnt a rainy day, then I dont know what is.
When I brought my season ticket, it was partly to help the club but also on the expectation/hope that I would be seeing live football. I didnt expect that to be from August but thought it may have been between October & January so you'd get at least half a season. When you see the suggestion that fans won't be allowed back in until March then it's understandable when you see threads like this.
I'm certainly not demanding a refund now but if the situation is the same in the new year and it looks unlikely we will be returning then I wouldn't be pleased if the clubs view is 'well you can continue using ifollow for free'. But a lot can change as the last 6 months have shown so hopefully we dont get to that situation

Maybe a half refund would be an option. Or maybe a 1/3 refund, I don't know. Something other than all or nothing.

I notice in PMQs that the members for Mansfield and Norwich were pleading for something similar unlike the non-appearance of the member for Shrewsbury. Considering the social measures in the HofP every MP can't attend. The current process for asking questions is a Ballot to attend and another to ask a question; so if you get past stage one you have another hoop to jump through as well. The fact the question got asked at all is very lucky. "The fact the question got asked at all is very lucky". That is, by and large, always the case. Even in a full HOP you have to rely on catching the Speaker's eye.

based on my idea of town offering a swap your season ticket for a home & away ifollow pass i've done some homework it would mean should town host any league games this season you'd still be entitled to a seat but would have to pay your normal season ticket rate for it if you want to attend (thats the chance you take) not having the exact figures i've had to take all that i could find to go on but it would be easy for town to calculate this themselves having the correct info www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/efl-ifollow-streaming-revenue-explained-18975658if town have 2700 season ticket holders and the average price paid was a guess of £250 thats £675K if town offered to pay £10 to every STH for all 46 ifollow games, it would cost them £1,242,000 if the figure of town getting £8 for a sale then 2700 home fans would mean £496,800 and if all sales above 500 for away games would mean £404,800 total £901,600 so out of the original 675K that leaves £334K with no refunds to pay out and has the potential to increase should fans be allowed back at some stage just a random crazy idea lol

Does anyone know the Town viewing figures for iFollow so far this season.
According to Rick Parry, league one and two have 30% of annual revenue from gate receipts. I find that figure surprisingly low.

I can't help thinking that the present situation was wholly predictable to the point of being the most likely. This is why I didn't renew my season ticket because it was clear that we would be missing games and there was a clear possibility that the season would not be completed.
