So they can work together now but not socialise together? I thought the same when they enter the pitch from different sides , dont shake hands, and then spend 90s holding on to each other fair play to Watford though for making this stand, its against the gov rules, and Watford have put the safety of others before their premiership safety which is fantastic

So they can work together now but not socialise together? It would be more the fact they were with a group of people. If any of those people were positive they could have passed it to any of the players who could then pass that on to others in the Watford squad. PL clubs are spending millions on regular testing to ensure the squad and staff are free from covid19. They won't be allowed near the squad until they have been tested again.

They obviously haven’t grasped that Nigel Pearson is not a man to be messed about with.

So they can work together now but not socialise together? It's mad isn't it? There's been 4 goals in the Watford, Southampton and the players have basically been swapping spit after each.

Would agree that Pearson was the best centre-half we ever had. As for Andre Gray I read an interview recently where he made some really good points (as Troy Deeney has also done) about Black Lives Matter and admitted to past mistakes in a difficult upbringing. Clearly he should not be holding a houseparty in the current climate but it would help the government's message if they did not tell blatant lies to defend their own adviser when he has breached the same rules several times.

Everytime I have heard him speak he comes across well.

If true then that's a good enough reason not to like someone

Cool, he was on a Louis Theroux podcast last week sounding all humble and making out it was due to people starting on his brother. Have looked online now to see some more details

Cool, he was on a Louis Theroux podcast last week sounding all humble and making out it was due to people starting on his brother. Have looked online now to see some more details He was released after serving almost three months of a ten month sentence. According to Wiki, he has cited his grief surrounding his father's death from cancer in May 2012 as a reason for the behaviour, but on the Theroux podcast it was people starting on his brother. A very fortunate person to be playing top flight football, doesn't sound as if he deserves it.
