Am I right in thinking that Man Utd fans would never have reacted like this? They probably might have done and my response would have been the same. If so called fans can’t do what the club they allege to support ask then there is something most definitely wrong with them.

Different context i grant you, but when our fans are begged to stay off the pitch, and a thousand go on, does that count? Thank you for giving a sensible answer though👍

The vast majority of Reds fans including some of their biggest fan accounts have utterly condemned the scenes. Some people have taken issue with the blanket criticism of all Liverpool fans but only the lowest dregs of society would actually defend what happened.
It’s perfect in a way for the many haters as it’s completely drawn attention away from an incredible league season on the pitch.

Liverpudlians are about the worst this country has to offer. A YouGov poll from 2016 stated that only 29% of Liverpool supporters hail from the north west* and 11% from the south east.
Being one of the best supported clubs in the country does mean that your support tend to come from all corners of the country and the world.
So just to clear up your point is it Liverpudlians or Liverpool supporters that are the worst?
*Before Pilch starts getting cocky it's around the same levels for Man. Utd fans too

Of course it’s hypothetical, but I’d wager a pork pie that if mufc had won the league, and such “celebrations” had taken place (which they almost certainly would) then you’d be making all sorts of excuses for it.

Everyone knows that you will jump on any and every opportunity to slag off the Bin dippers, but if someone dares to make comparisons to the Mancs you are all over them. Both clubs and their fans equally obnoxious, but that can said about sections of every clubs support base. Even a fair few of our lot fall into that category.

can we take a moment to have a go at the united fans, who would have visited the beach if they had one to celebrate the title had they won it, and no doubt fired distress flares at passing ships had their been any

I know its a hobby of mine to have a go at that club and all thats connected to it , and I know all clubs have idiots but sometimes that club has idiots that are the equivalent of 23 points ahead of their nearest idiots and with 7 games left they have already been crowned idiot champions for this season

As I have already stated I'm no fan of Liverpool and in their 'glory years' I loved nothing more than seeing them lose, but I was exactly the same during the Ferguson years with Man. Utd. I always love to see the so called best put on their arse and even we had our chance this season to do that. Unfortunately it wasn't to be, but we made a decent fist of it, better than most Premiership teams did anyway.
Most of the knockers are droning on about the fact that it's been 30 years since a Liverpool title win, but Man. Utd 26 years and even a relegation to Division 2 to eventually win the title, just to give a little bit of context. In my lifetime Liverpool have never finished worse than 8th in the top flight. There is not a club in the country that even comes close. Utd. are still a good team and they will be pushing again soon, but at the moment they are a country mile behind Citeh, never mind Liverpool.
It's a shame that the closet Mancs on here can't show a little humility and accept that the best team in the country won the title. Christ knows what the meltdown is going be like if Leeds win the Championship too.

I have no allegiance to Liverpool or any grudge but I can see a case of the ‘Novak Djokovic’s’ happening here. Sincere apologies in about 3 weeks when a spike of co-vid 19 means an increase of cases in Liverpool after these celebrations. Hope I’m wrong mind.

the anger has nothing to do with football mate, its about covid 19 and idiots, just like the bournemouth rants were and for some reason you are on about man united , Alex Ferguson, and united getting relegated into division 2 in the mid 70s ? amazing there was a spike of deaths in liverpool possibly as a consequence of the champions league game, that shouldn't have played, but like cheltenham we were late to act and it went ahead, I see one of their stewards died in April from covid 19, probably others that we are not aware of the mayor of liverpool called for an enquiry about why that game was played what did the mayor say this week after the celebrations "its understandable" www.express.co.uk/showbiz/tv-radio/1301282/Charlie-Stayt-apology-Liverpool-Mayor-Joe-Anderson-Liverpool-FC-win-premier-league-BBCthey make me sick, always have done, and this club wants justice ? they cant even sort their own house out if you are looking for a banter thread about them winning the league try here blueandamber.proboards.com/thread/100460/get-helmets-ear-muffs-readythis thread is about mindless idiots putting lives at risk

just an excuse to have a pop at liverpool ? are you serious ? I suppose earlier in the week it was just an excuse to have a pop at the bournemouth Seasiders ? speaking of bournemouth, I posted in the morning and during the day 3 other people on here linked to shocking scenes at bournemouth beach without realising it had already been posted non one, and I mean no one replied defending it, no one questioning those posting about it, everyone agreed it was mindless we post about liverpool fans who make bournemouth day trippers seem sensible in comparison and we've been called nothing but hypocrites and had our own lives delved into sad but true
Yes I am serious. As I said in my post I've seen loads of things across social media so this isnt about Pilch posting on B&A (I know you dont need an excuse to take a pop at Liverpool) and I've seen plenty of people who clearly have a dislike of Liverpool who are quick to jump on the events to score points. In this instance of course they arent wrong, just a bit pathetic when people seem to take so much joy in it.
I really dont know what you are on about with the rest of your post
Back to the subject, what has also been pointed out is Liverpool's supporters groups probably owe their own mayor an apology, when he raised concerns that Liverpool fans may turn up en masse he was shouted down and told there was no evidence to support this.

Thousands of Liverpool supporters, flares and all. rather ironic that the last time they won the league they all had flares then too ;-) just for you, I'll see what I can do to correct that
