Just started watching Luther on BBC iPlayer. Probably better to watch during the daytime otherwise you’ll be checking the cupboards before bedtime!

"Meet the Richardsons". Comedian Jon Richardson and his wife, and fellow comic, Lucy Beaumont. Gentle interviews with at home comedy, well worth a watch. Best recent line, Lucy, who is from Hull, teaching a southern audience how to speak northern !...all say "MAMMA MIA", audience do as told, Lucy says "Mother I'm home"......try it yourself The Repair Shop is also a decent, gentle, watch if you want to take your mind off the pandemic

A brand new episode of 'Friday Night Dinner' dropped on channel 4 on Friday.
Think I'll give that a watch tonight, again, highly recommend if you haven't watch before.

If you like un pc comedy try a very little known comic called Ian Cognito, look for comedy walk 2013 on youtube. I only discovered him after he literally died on stage in Oxford last year. For good music 6music is the best station by miles.if you like american football , americas game on YouTube documents the seasons of superbowl winners of the past. Tell us what sort of stuff you like so we can recommend similar stuff.

Highly recommend 'The Stranger' on Netflix. It's a British Thriller series You need plenty of time on your hands to watch this series because it will get you hooked very quickly and it is difficult to just watch one episode at a time. Probably the best British drama series ever.

If you’ve got Netflix and haven’t yet watched Ozark, then give yourself a treat. Season 3 just started but plenty of time to catch series 1 &2

Probably the best British drama series ever. A decent watch I agree; it is to television dramas what Dan Brown is to novels. Nothing particularly original or new but it draws the viewer in.

If you are interested in history, an amusing way to learn more is Greg Jenner's podcast for BBC Radio 4, You're Dead To Me.

I’ve only just started watching Crown . Hadn’t really appealed to me before but I thought, well , I’ll give it a go . Must say I’ve been pleasantly surprised . Watched the first 3 episodes last night and really enjoyed them . Trouble is there’s so much stuff on tv these days it’s difficult to catch up . You could watch tv 24/7!. What I will catch up with is Kurtan and Kerry in This Country . Last series sadly . I love it , one of the best prog. on tv . The Cooper twins have come up with a stunner .

Another Julian Fellowes classic drama now on ITV....Belgravia 😅 Five minutes in and even my wife has given up on it and she loved Downton. my wife and i were looking forward to this as we like period dramas , we have found this rather ponderous and considering Juilan fellowes directed it and the quality of the cast.it is all rather disapointing but we are stiking with it. in sharp contrast the production of Sanditon had a much more lighter touch, each episode left you looking forward to the next in contrast the last episode of belgravia will be watched on catch up.

Past series of Homeland have been patchy, but I’m finding the current one exciting.
My favourite pod is In Our Time from BBC Radio 4. Hundreds of episodes available so there should be something to cater for all interests.

I agree that the first series of Hidden on BBC Wales is excellent (even with all the subtitles), the sound & cinematography are really dark and set the tone.
