The BBC statement states All elite football in England has been suspended until at least 3 April as a result of the spread of coronavirus. All Premier League games, EFL fixtures and matches in the FA Women's Super League and Women's Championship have been postponed. Does this mean Wrexham and Afc Telford games will go ahead..

Could be a real boost for non-league football lower down the pyramid who normally get gates of 200-300. Yooou can watch football and practice social distancing.

Kickers were due to play tomorrow behind close doors, just now all BW Oberliga games have been cancelled. Things changing day to day in response...👍 I guess that's how things are to go moving forward...

Makes you wonder how clubs like Macclesfield and Oldham who have financial problems will cope without gate money coming in for possibly quite a long period.

Makes you wonder how clubs like Macclesfield and Oldham who have financial problems will cope without gate money coming in for possibly quite a long period. It won’t just be football clubs either, it’ll be cinemas, gyms, shops... Which of course has a huge knock on effect in terms of the people they employ. This has as much potential to derail the country as the virus itself.
