Strange there’s still no news regards ticket sales. Other replays, like oxford Newcastle, Derby Northampton, have been released. Wonder what’s going on behind the scenes

I can remember the good old days before TV ruled the game of football especially FA Cup final day. It used to be such an enjoyable day.

am I missing something here ? £500k including VAT means 20% VAT has been added to the net figure. If the net figure was £400k, adding 20% VAT would be £80k, or £480k in total. When the £500k includes VAT at 20%, multiplying by 5/6 gets you the net figure (£416.67k) and dividing by 6 gets you to the amount of VAT (£83.33K). It's a common mistake to think that taking 20% of a VAT inclusive figure equals the VAT amount. You have to remember VAT is added on to a price, so the net amount is 100% and adding VAT makes the gross figure 120%. cool, but not to worry, I'm just taking 55% of the gate anyway ;-)

"Maybe we should start with the most important thing: I feel a bit sorry for Shrewsbury because after the game obviously everybody spoke about what I said and not about the brilliant performance of Shrewsbury" I like him and we are all human and we all make mistakes, however that did take some media attention from towns performance there was a full 25 minute programe on sky talking about his non appearence at the replay / the winter break.

So why can't they give date for Replay? Unless they are switching to wednesday to televise both?

As wakemanender says, the BBC sport app is now saying that the televised replay will be Oxford v Newcastle
I wonder if Klopp’s comments about playing the kids have inadvertently influenced the decision not to show Salop’s replay??

I can remember the good old days before TV ruled the game of football especially FA Cup final day. It used to be such an enjoyable day. I remember as a youngster getting up early on the Saturday ready for wall to wall coverage all day on both BBC1 & ITV. We used to be switching from channel to channel until 2:50pm when it was always the BBC coverage that we watched in our house!

Surely the whole country wants to see us finish the job off. Other than the Red half of Liverpool.

There is usually more than one televised replay game. Our game could be shown live on BT Sport.

I’m almost sure it will have had some bearing. Normal people would have been expecting him to field a strong side or, at the very least, let us think he was going to.

Watched the '77 final in Rumbelows (I think) in the Riverside shopping centre with two mates from school. The staff didn't mind as the shop was dead, I guess that back then everyone was watching it.
3 goals in 4 minutes, only one substitute and not one single player from outside of the British Isles.

No complaints from me, gives us a better chance of winning and another sack full of money for Chelsea away.

Well it can get pretty nippy up there so perhaps they are staying at home!!
I suspect they will but just not make such a fuss about it.

Yeah, I see that, but that doesn't mean BT won't want to show our game on Wednesday does it?

Had a feeling they would not pick the replay, for the BBC that would of been the 5th live game featuring liverpool in the last 6 weeks. but I'm a bit shocked BT didn't pick it.

I’ve looked on the BT website and I can’t see any game listed that they are showing. Perhaps they are not doing one?
