Just got mine online painfree. My lads account had 0 points on as I normally get his on my number lazy I know. He has purchased a fleetwood ticket on his account now so will get 1 point or is it 2 points. This enamelling him to get a Liverpool ticket next Wednesday online is that correct??

Just bought mine online. Hassle free. I have had to be polite to people asking me to get them a ticket, (I can't anyway), but why would I buy some Juan who follows Liverpool a ticket? When season ticket holders were allowed 2 tickets, several of us agreed we'd only buy tickets for people who follow Shrewsbury.

Anyone know what time the online opens? I've got enough loyalty points but would be good if I could buy before going to work funniest post ever ;-)

I know that for normal match tickets, I always buy online. Tickets aren't released until Monday, so presumably that means 00.01 So you can buy online in advance of those who queue at the ticket office?

I have purchased now as I see that is the advertised price. Very sneaky of Caldwell not to make this clear and obvious. Bit of extra money grabbing which is disappointing considering how much the game is worth to the club. Don’t get me wrong £6 isn’t a deal breaker just goes against the family club that Caldwell shouts about all the time How was it not clear and obvious when the prices when first announced had that as the price for this game? £6 to Watch a game like this... unreal value for the kids still We are lucky that usually its free to under 12. not many clubs around doing that.

Because the announcement thanked Liverpool for allowing us to do our normal prices! This isn’t normal pricing. £6 is great for the kids price except when Caldwell has made it clear over the last couple of years it will be free.

Whenever there is a big all ticket game for town I think back to the Gay Meadow days of lining up over the English Bridge and the moaning about secretary Mal Starkey. The poor man took some terrible stick. Great days but good to see that town appear to have got it right these days with very few complaints.

Can't believe there's a huge queue wrapping round the car park when you can buy from the comfort of your home with ease. Mind boggling.

Can't believe there's a huge queue wrapping round the car park when you can buy from the comfort of your home with ease. Mind boggling. Computer literacy could be an issue? I'll happily admit to not being that comfortable with I.T., but it isn't that which had me in the queue this morning. It's my distrust of technology. Thus when I reached the window, I insisted on having a ticket printed for me rather than for the game just to be added to my card. If I turn up for the Liverpool game and for some reason my card doesn't function, then I'd have real problems, whereas being issued with a ticket not only gives me proof that I've right of entry, but also provides me with a receipt of payment. Presumably paying online would result in a receipt being issued to my e-mail, but I'd then have to remember to print it and take it with me to provide proof of payment should my card not function. I could of course have asked for a receipt if they added the game to my card at the ground, but if I'm requesting that, then I might as well ask for the ticket to be printed as well.

I always went to get tickets when we lived in Shropshire but now it’s too far. I have, however, printed off receipts and emails just in case.

Now planning a high speed railway that's too fast to stop anywhere while still trundling along with a few changes in an old diesel if you want to go East to West.

Very pleased with this ALTHOUGH I do think its a bit harsh to restrict one ticket per supporter number. Some people use one supporter number for two tickets if going with friends. Your right it stops the families coming with kids, theirs noway you would book your child in as a separate supporters number, seems harsh from the club that you can't take under 16's. I have no kids but surely that's our target market for the future. Just to say i have no kid's and have 6 points and will not be going! We had the problem a couple of years of our kids not being able to get fan cards. We spoke to the club and they sorted it. Kids have their own cards now which can load their tickets on and stores points for games such as these. Find it the easiest way to buy for us all now.

Mal was good for the club, but without the internet he was on a loser with ticket sales.

Funnily enough I logged on to my ticket account at about 7.30am and was unable to purchase my ticket as the game wasn't on the system.
So, there you go...
