There are still replays in round four, there are no replays after round four. The same Premiership clubs that are whinging about fixture congestion and wanting replays scr@pped are in the process of agreeing to extra games being included in the Champions League. Be fair, they need time to set up lucrative foreign friendlies and exploit their international merchandising opportunities. Can't be wasting valuable commercial time playing competitive matches.

The same Premiership clubs that are whinging about fixture congestion and wanting replays scr@pped are in the process of agreeing to extra games being included in the Champions League. what they are agreeing to couldl be the beginning of the end of domestic football as we know it instead of 6 group games they will have 14 group games, which will include Saturday games this will probably see the end of the league cup and the premiership will no doubt want to drop the amount of sides from the current 20 to say 16? qualification for the champs league will take into account previous seasons so as to ensure the main sides are always in it

What I really don’t understand about the constant moaning of top managers is. The size of their squads is huge not to mention the quality, so what if there’s extra games to play , players get tired rotate your squad and shut up. Top managers are paid to manage top players and teams just do that , fans are fed up hearing about it.

Lot to be said for following a lower league (or even non league) side.
