Can't see it being a full house and even if we beat Bristol given what team Liverpool placed out v Everton would just at best be like playing their U23's in the Checkatrade...
Granted financially it's better.
Just can't get too excited given how "youthful" that team v Everton was.

Given how many Liverpool fans there are in Shrewsbury I’m already cringing at the thought of the number of half and half scarves that could be on show.

Disappointed to be honest, I haven’t been able to go to many games this season so I wouldn’t get tickets for any game we drew at home,, only away draws would have done for me 😊 it will be kind of relaxing knowing I don’t have any loyalty points so I don’t get caught up in all the nonsense and discussion that comes with it though!

I’m waiting for the first person to post “when are tickets on sale?” town should gamble and offer them for £10 in addition to buying a Bristol City ticket with the assumption there is no refund if we lose and they go up to £25 if we win for those without one imagine the debate ;-)

As opposed to if we had drawn Man United at home it would be a nailed on certainty to be televised.

IF we beat Bristol, I’d only sell tickets to anyone who’s been in round 1/2/3 so far.
The usual 5,000 in the Meadow would make a far better atmosphere than full with people who don’t know who Sam Ricketts is
(Cue a thousand and one reasons why people couldn’t make our 4 FA Cup games so far)

I'd start by only selling tickets to those of us who went to Ludlow to watch our pre-season game with Newport.

Good luck to Mickey, hope they can shade Watford and start where we left off with Wolves.

Brian and Roland need to learn from the mistakes in the wolves ticketing last year. I’m just hoping we don’t get a 1-10 loyalty point bucket as it makes no sense to put fans who’ve gone to 5-6 games this season with those who’ve only done one.
Fairness would dictate: 1) Two tickets per season ticket and 10+ loyalty points 2) 10-5 loyalty points 3) 1-4 loyalty points 4) General Sale
Cap it at 2 tickets per supporter number.

(Ps, I have 14 loyalty points so I'm cool, but let's play Bristol first eh!)

Of course there are exceptions like your good self, but it does grate me something else when we play in front of 3,000 hardy souls in cold, wet November every single year, and yet suddenly everyone is interested in the FA Cup. Due to the possibility of watching a 2nd string/youth Liverpool team likely school us. How’s that fun? I know plenty will get offended at this opinion - 99% of which will fall in to what I’m describing. But yes, let’s play and hopefully beat Bristol first

The best thing about the build up to these big games is reading the sob stories. My favourites are the ones who go home and away week-in, week-our, yet don’t have any loyalty points.
Clearly have to beat Bristol City first which gives the club some breathing time to work out their potential selling strategy.
I’ll need to source a half and half scarf from somewhere, should be someone on Pride Hill tomorrow.

The more I think about playing Liverpool kids while people scrap around for tickets like their life depends on it the more I’m starting to think it’s a terrible draw, wish it was away.

It's moderately irritating when you end up next to a day tripper, but we've probably got a floating base of 7-8000 that have been to at least a couple of games this season, and that's how many tickets we've got to sell. Stop being so pious.

I have to say this draw doesn't excite me at all, the big clubs demeaning the fa cup has ruined it for the smaller clubs.
I do think a season ticket holder should only get one ticket though, although I wouldn't be overly concerned if I didn't get one.
