"Forward Shaun Whalley is likely to be back in contention following a calf injury.
Midfielder Louis Thompson looks further back after returning to training yesterday."

Just a quick question, are Coventry fans doing what they did when they played their home games in Northampton, in other words following their team to all the away games and going nowhere near St Andrews?

Just a quick question, are Coventry fans doing what they did when they played their home games in Northampton, in other words following their team to all the away games and going nowhere near St Andrews? Think Coventry’s crowds have been far higher at St.Andrews than they were at Northampton. Obviously still lower than what they would get at the Ricoh of course.

For some unknown reason, I am rather nervous about today.... 0-2 I hope that my fears are misplaced...

we have a good track record against coventry but in the main many of the result were against coventry teams who were underperforming, whilst this team are sixth in the table but with four draws out of there last five games ,there home form is strong but they have not won in the league away from home, the midweek cup win against Ipswich will be a boost Maxime Biamou on loan from manchester united is a player to keep an eye on as he has scored six goals in the last seven games.

Darn it. They had an awful lot of space to work that goal Cov. Their lad did really well to get a decent cross in and our defender caught flat footed.
We're having a fair amount of the ball though. We're able to get forward and get balls into the box. We're defo in this.

Even game for the most part. We are very much in this game. We're getting on the ball and we are getting a fair few crosses in but we're not finding a man and its just not falling for us. Optimistic that we'll get at least the one goal in the second 45...
Come on Town...

Superb. Absolutely superb!! No idea how long for injury time but we deserve this if we do run out winners.

Well big smiles here. That was a well deserved three points and a great come back against a side that were starting the day in the top six. And for the most part (more so in the second half) we were the better side. Really sets us up nicely for the busy Xmas run of games. Well done Town!!

OK - misplaced fears, I'm happy to say.... However, a scrappy goal, and one by a player who should be selected every week cannot disguise the lack of adventure
Ricketts out🤣🤣
