I am not saying we are playing badly and I like the kid we got from Telford. If he has now gained his fitness, then give him an hour plus to see what he can do. My point is the balance (in my view) is wrong. Norburn (in my view)is a class act at this level, so give him more responsibility by playing two in the middle so we can play Cummings. It might not work, but we're not going down so try something that might get us to score a few? If it fails then go back to the set up we have now ? We are in the 4th round draw of the FA Cup after a taking on and being better than a team that cost millions, we are 4 points off a play off position with 2 games in hand over some teams above us, we have built a good squad of players who seem to have bought into what the manager wants to do, but the balance is wrong? Cummings is a decent player and will play his role in whatever we try to achieve this season. As I said you have players like Laurent playing out of position, working hard for the team. Ricketts is doing a lot right.

Very good second half, excellent day out.
Did anyone else think that Laurent was crossing the ball when he hit the post?

Pasty watch
No ones mentioned the pasties! Whilst the pricing at the bars was extortionate £5 a pint and £4 a pie I ordered a pastie (£4) without having seen them ((being stored in bags behind the buffet bar) I was expecting an average stadium type pastie but when I opened the bag was amazed at what was inside.. A very large home cooked pasty as good as any you get pre match at Plymouth and much bigger than your Ginsters type... Very tasty, not at all dry, juicy meaty with loads of veg ‘Cornish style’....got to be 9.5/10 ....
The game was entertaining as well a good day out more than deserve to still be in the hat.

No imagination from Tv comps. Surely Tranmere v Watford would have been far more interesting!

"City drew 1-1 with the Shrimpers at Ashton Gate just nine days ago"....
I hope their coach driver knows that we are in Shropshire not by the seaside! Looking forward to tomorrow evening, the weather could certainly be a real leveller. It also looks like that they will be bringing a decent number.

I was going to post at the time about how dodgy tranmeres pitch was but didnt its off was a big factor at times in town not getting picked back in the gay meadow days
