Lewis Cox says it's happening - AAH to Australia.
Good luck to him. Pleased we can now try to find a better replacement.

Never did manage to add those goals, hence him being a woeful striker as that's all he's there to do really.

To kickstart his career he surely needs to drop down the leagues until he can knock in a Shed full of goals and gain the confidence all strikers need. Either that or convert to centre half.
Good luck to him whichever path he chooses.

Did not think he was as bad as some people say - can remember a few decent performances from him. He certainly did not deserve the abuse he got directly on social media from some so called fans who should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Yes we can probably do better for ourselves but it is a small world and that sort of behaviour from a small minority could lead to decent strikers turning us down.

I agree that some of the abuse was uncalled for, he seems a genuine bloke who knows his limitations and I dont see wy people would enjoy kicking a man who was clearly low on confidence. However he's a man who is 26 and has scored 12 goals in his career, that says it all for me, we need better and I'll be pleased when he moves on, however hopefully this move does kickstart his career though.
When you think that we went into last season with AAH, LJL and Angol as 3 of our 4 strikers, it was utter madness.

This guy has never been prolific at any club that he has played for and according to one Database he has played for eight clubs in eight years and his strike rate is poor to say the least. However if Robbie Fowler thinks he is good enough for Australian footie who are we to argue?

he is going to play football in brisbane which is a nice place. i hope he enjoys his life down under.whilst he was not a prolific goal scorer.he at least used to try i hope he does well . i dont understand why fans gave him a hard time.
from the magic of google
"Brisbane Roar Football Club is a professional Australian soccer club based in Brisbane, Queensland and has won the domestic title on three separate occasions, as well as holding the longest unbeaten record of 36 league matches without defeat"

I think they may be on line for another record , the longest run of games without scoring a goal.

Don’t discount the loan signing return of a certain Tyrese Campbell

I see they’ve also signed Tom Aldred and that name rings a bell... I think he played for Blackpool or Rochdale?

Its certainly not a given of course but I feel slightly better with the forward situation leading up to this season than last. It really was "who is going to score the goals" last summer and we never really addressed it until Okenabirhie was given his chance. And I think its that we have (at the very least) Okenabirhie which fills me with a little more confidence this time around. Just hope Ricketts has a better eye for a goal scorer than Askey. We'll be starting with Okenabirhie and Morison I reckon...looks a nice blend and balance on paper, fingers crossed...
