Will there be enough time to count the votes, and ignore the result😜

Well looks good from the little we see of it. I reckon I'll buy one as I do like a footy top to knock about in at the weekends. Don't tend to wear them to games though as I feel a little old for that now...so looking forward to seeing what else we'll be getting from Admiral. Hope there are some decent polo shirts available...

Not sure whether the home one loses some of its shine (if that's at all possible, it is very shiny) because its not fitting Whalley too well. Its blue and amber. Its stripes. Its got the Loggerheads. Its OK. Not great but OK. Do think the white in the Errea kits added a nice contrast, think that's missing here. Would have looked better again with a white collar and cuffs. Will have to see it up close. Do hope we've some decent leisure wear coming in...

I like the home kit.
Bit meh about the away kit, and the explanation of why the colour was chosen will hopefully result in better away form next season 😂

I like both, but will miss the orange away kit. Will we still have a black third kit?

The home shirt is horrible, it looks shiny and a bit like the 1990's tat that MG Sportswear used to produce for us. Away shirt is a little better although purple can look a bit similar to blue from a distance... so of course we will probably need to bring out a third choice strip again.

Quite like both kits it, nice retro look to the home kit.

I think Mr Whalley has been handed Mr Becks shirt......shocking fit. Let’s hope the rest fit as well as the purple fits our penalty king.
What about shirt and socks anyone?

Yeah, it does look a little MG and that's also because it looks like a tent. Them sleeves. They were awful shirts, just not fitted right at all. Hopefully this is just a knock up and when we see it in the flesh it'll be a little more tailored and fitted. As that does look like the old sacks we had from MG. And really not sure about purple. All very well the players coming up with something but when it comes to replica kit it really ought to be something the fans will wear out and about on the streets. Not sure purple is right for that. Can't say I've ever worn purple...nor likely to either...

What about shirt and socks anyone? All purple (white trim) for the away kit. Blue short and blue socks (amber trim) for home.

Home shirt looks like a s**te Mansfield 90's effort and looks like a wooden spoon shirt.
Now the away is a splendid piece of sartorial elegance

I was expecting something a bit more special for both kits. Perhaps they'll look better on close up viewing?
Sorry but on first viewing I'm not impressed.

I love how the club don't even know when these are ready to be sold. Amazing. Can see another Surridge fiasco.
Surely club would of wanted to catch the holiday shirt crowds.

The home shirt looks very cheap and amateurish - befitting a Sunday league club.
The club has placed great emphasis on having a bespoke kit. But what’s the point if the design is so poor? I’d be very happy having a replica of the Newcastle shirt, say, but with blue and amber instead of black and white.
By the way, great brands don’t mess about with their visual identity all that much, or often. We ought to stick to proper stripes (like Sunderland, Stoke, Newcastle etc) every season and tweak the collar or cuffs if we really must. The change in shirt sponsor is enough to date the shirt.

Haven't brought replica kits for many seasons now so perhaps shouldn't be commenting...but neither kit looks very good and the home kit in particular look like its something the Dog and Duck 2nd eleven play in in the Craven Arms Sunday league.
Also does the club have no one with even the slightest bit of marketing training? The images of the new kit seem to have been shot in the dark under the stands using and old I phone with no flash option. The lighting is dreadful and doesn't help the kits look good, neither does using two players who the kit doesn't fit at all.
And you launch two new kits, specifically saying that the club hopes fans will buy both kits, yet the said kits are not yet available to buy and no date for when they will be available. Not very good for what should be one of the main pieces of merchadise you want to sell in the coming year.
Many of the off field work the club does has improved in recent seasons but this all seems like a step back and another worrying sign the rumours things aren't right at the club are true

I like the design of the home shirt. Some of the comments about how it looks in the photos are fair enough, but I think we need to see the actual shirt close up before knowing whether those concerns are valid.
Personally I don't think the away shirt design at all, but as it's a colour that hasn't been used before I guess it has a good chance of being a commercial success.

What about shirt and socks anyone? www.shrewsburytown.com/news/2019/june/admiral-1920-kits-launched/"The home kit will be accompanied with blue shorts and blue socks with amber trim, whilst the away kit will be completed with purple shorts and purple socks with a white horizontal stripe. Goalkeepers will have a choice of all yellow or all green kits."

Like the away shirt - something a bit different and looks very cool.
The home shirt just looks cheap, something you’d buy in Aldi - or any other supermarket selling cheap tacky sportswear (is Tuffins changing its business strategy).
