I'm sure he'll be targeting the game against another of his old clubs, Luton Town, a week on Saturday which hopefully is more realistic in terms of his recovery.

Well I never knew John Francome was the manager’s uncle! Think I might have heard of Derek Ricketts but hadn’t made any connection there either. The magic of of the Cup, eh?

Hopefully it's not a case he's targeting Walsall at home in terms of recovery. All going to plan then Dave, rocking Jan transfer window so far!

From BBC Sport website.
''Shrewsbury v Wolves League One (18th) v Premier League (8th) Who did they beat? 3R: Stoke (C) A/r 3R: Liverpool (PL) H 2R: Sc***horpe (L1) H 1R: Salford (NL) A/r It is only around 30 miles from Wolverhampton to Shrewsbury and this is a great tie for the League One club, and a reward for getting past Stoke in round three. FA Cup highlights: Stoke City 2-3 Shrewsbury Town I don't see the Shrews' cup run continuing, though. Even if Wolves rotate, which they will, they have got enough quality to get through. Lawro's prediction: 0-2''
Up yours Lawrenson.

According to the BBC match preview we will be without Amadi-Holloway tomorrow. Which would leave Okenabirhie and Angol as the only strikers available. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/46928652

At least we get a 3pm traditional Saturday kick off. But really, what is the point of the BBC screening what is, basically, just another Premier league match as their Friday night FA Cup match? All ratings and zero fun!

Could be playing with only ten men then A chance to go from zero to hero! if he cant motivate himself to play properly and really try in a FA Cup round against a premiership team in a local derby then when will he ? i know it is cutting of your nose to spite your face but does he deserve that place , should he be rewarded for not trying since the oxford game ?

This may mean Laurent playing in the most advanced central role with two players playing in wider positions, possibly Okenabirhie and Gillead. Similar to how we played against Stoke at home and at Sunderland. I don't see Angol as a potential starter, probably as one of the substitutes.

Express and Star match preview. Two very worrying looking specimens. Seems the black country gene pool still hasn't purified itself.

All ratings and zero fun! There is no point it just gives more money to the already monied. However the BBC are obsessed with the Premier League so it’s no surprise and it saves the so called pundits having to learn anything about other clubs. It’s just the league Match of the Day under a slightly altered title. Having said all that I like a 3pm ko on a Saturday.

Wolves fans appear to have picked up on the lack of pace in our defence and are calling for the manager to include Traore in the Wolves team. One of the quickest players I have ever seen. On the plus side they are likely to play Ruddy in goal who I seem to remember had a game to forget in our pre season win over them last season. They also have a lack of decent cover in the centre of defence with Boli suspended. Just a pity we don't have anyone upfront who could possibly exploit that. James Collins type centre forward needed. I assume Boly will be able to play against us, because his sending off was not in the cup
