Bizarre decision to in effect allow season ticket holders up to 4 tickets each. And will cost the club a lot of money Just don't think this is fair. Understand wanting to get kids down here. But at the expense of other fans?!, Who may have been here 5-6 times this season. That will alienate some supporters like this if they can't get a ticket. Just don't understand it

Similar experience to ssshrew.
Took about an hour to get to the front of the queue but the lad who served me was efficiency personified.
But agree with others. The ticket allocation isn't fair.

Queued for about an hour but plenty of folks to chat to including jaytee so no problem. Efficiently served. Now on my way home and they came round with a tea / coffee trolley. So I personally can’t complain (for once!) but I can agree with the concerns re ticket allocation. But did you get a smile? Well I was served by a very pleasant young man and yes he did smile!!! Probably thought poor old dear better be nice to her!

Yea it was superb wasn't it ssshrew? I hope you enjoyed my moosic. I played ssshrew "Why Are We Waiting" and Lionel Richie's "Hello".
I thought an hour would be good going with 50/60 in front of me and people changing their seats and buying extra tickets. In fact, on 59 minutes I was at the window. The time passed quickly anyway as I saw so many people I knew. I love a chance to praise the club, so on this occasion, WELL DONE STFC.
I certainly did enjoy the moosic. They must employ you and the lady with the tea trolley every time me thinks!

I'm in the 1-10 loyalty points bracket, but I feel as though that's slightly misleading, as I've been to a few pay on the gate away games and have also been to home games where someone else has bought my ticket. I was also at Stoke home and away. The idea of someone's disinterested kid getting a ticket before me, or even instead of me, is crazy.

Perhaps the office doesn't open until ten!! nothing personal but please stop making excuses for them, utter useless Apologies to all I didn't mean to be making apologies for the club more like just trying to keep my fellow fans on here sane!

It’s absolutely freezing down here. They have now opened an extra cashier so now 3 they are painfully slow. Caused by people wanting 4 tickets together. We have been told they shutting at5 so there could well be a riot

Bought mine and my sons, online this morning and printed them at home. This is the first time I have done this, it took about 10 minutes. It was much better than watching the wheels turn slowly, down at the ground.

And people complained when we chose not to sell the Wembley tickets at the ground, imagine those scenes.

The facility is made available for you to accumulate loyalty points when someone else purchases a ticket on your behalf both online and in person.

I'll take a cold miserly breeze in -1 temperatures on a concrete car park for 2 hours to then having to press my face against cold glass in order to see and hear the ticketing staff behind the bulletproof glass in the snug office, than using such sorcerous technology thank you very much.

I just don’t understand how they work this at all .
Surely it should work in priority order :
ST holder’s who have attended : 1+ fa cup games (one day ) thu ST holder’s (one day )fri Fancard holder’s who have 1+ Fa cup game (one day) sat Fancard holder’s with 10+ loyalty points (one day) sun Fan card holders with 3+ loyalty points(one day) mon Supporters with 10+ loyalty points (one day) tue Supporters with 5+ loyalty points (one day ) wed Supporters with 1+ loyalty points (one day ) thu General sale (one day ) fri
Or something similar ?

That is far too simple and rewards loyal supporters. STFC get a kick out of annoying and stressing supporters who actually attend games at times like these.I have a mate who has attended 3 away games this season but he is unlikely to get a ticket in preference to a premiership supporting 8 year old who couldn't care less if Salop win.

In addition to this, if the club are so keen on attracting younger supporters then they have 23 league games to produce similar initiatives. But no, let's choose to do it when demand will exceed supply. Great idea...

If we all Remember back to the Sc***horpe game , where we couldn’t even get 4000, the club could have got thousands of kids in for that game for next to nothing , who would have seen a Salop win and been following the cup run , and probably would have wanted to come back to more league games and pay to come to the wolves one , sometimes they just miss golden opportunities to attract new fans when none of the loyal ones would have cared .

Just don't understand it Well it's annoying me. I have been to six games this season and am going to be really peed off if I can't get a ticket if season ticket holders are buying them for people who have not been to the ground this season and kids who are only going because it's Wolves and won't go again this season.

Look whatever the club do they are going to upset one group or another. They cant please everyone. Do yourself a favour and insure yourself by getting sufficient points on your profile. Ten points or more and you are in with a chance.

It was much better than watching the wheels turn slowly, down at the ground. Yes that's the way I would normally go but because I was getting the extra one I needed to move seats so had to endure the freezing cold and by the time I got served ( just after 5 pm) there were no seats available in the block I wanted but managed to get 2 together in block 16. They seem to be selling like hot cakes. I feel sorry for those without season tickets I think some will be disappointed. Tea and coffee came out about 4.30.

I have 11 loyalty points and if I fail to get a ticket the club will not have my support again.

I can understand the club wanting to give incentives to season ticket holders because they commit and pay for their seat for the whole season and allowing an extra ticket is fair play. Throughout the season there are plenty of offers for non season ticket holders being able to get reduced tickets but I do think 3 tickets is unfair because that potentially is a lot of tickets taken away from other loyal fans who are unable to get season tickets but may go to lots of away matches and sone home matches. I hope you and others in a similar position manage to get your seats. Good luck

Why are season ticket holders allowed to buy three extra tickets? Essentially, 'forget the fact you've amassed a large number of loyalty points in paying to watch Town's mediocre performances in league fixtures over the past five months - you're in the queue behind the people who haven't attended any games this season, but get priority through knowing a season ticket holder'. Yep, takes the ****ing p**s. Will Brian Caldwell answer these questions to the loyal fans who can't get a ticket. But a mate of a season ticket holder can!!!

Totally agree, one season ticket should entitle the holder to one cup ticket. End of. If every season ticket holder took up this ridiculous initiative there would literally be no tickets left for anyone else.

Well I do have 10 loyalty points so still hope that I can get a ticket. But those with 1-9 points would imagine very little chance. Just madness, Brian Caldwell needs to answer the questions from loyal fans who are not able to get a ticket
