What they don't do is THINK!! No one seems to say oh right this has happened so we must make sure that EVERYBODY who needs to know does know.
The fans and this means all our methods of communication: social media (which should include B and A in my opinion)' the official website, the press, Radio Shropshire, the official programme, the tannoy person and anyone else we can think of.
So as soon as notification is received an internal email should be whizzed round to all employees whether they need to know or not so that appropriate action is taken in all departments.
Do the bus company's and car parking facilitators get told? Who knows? Are the caterers told? Who knows?
As I've said before, non of this is rocket science - it just needs basic organisation. If all else fails, abandon the computer and, heaven forbid, pick up a pen and a piece of paper and have a written list beside you of who needs to know what and when.

What is the next home match according to Saturdays programme?

What is the next home match according to Saturdays programme? Doncaster Rovers Home according to the fixture list printed in the programme. Can't even use the excuse of the programme being late going to print, as information on the result of the Port Vale game is included, though according to the fixture list we played the game at Burslem on Monday! Doncaster went through to Round 4 of the F.A. Cup on Sunday 6th January, so we would have known from then that our game against them on Saturday 26th January would be postponed. But nothing changes.

Its all down to the media department then isnt it? If the PA team are not told otherwise how can they be blamed for making the wrong announcement?

I made the mistake of using stfc when town played Chelsea they emailed ticket details and I worked out exactly when I could get my ticket and then they changed it but didn't send another email meant I didn't get one well actually I did thanks to B&A, as I requested a spare and got a last minute private sale

Or just stick a postit note on the front of the microphone, etc. The way someone like me, disorganised, remembers things. Wise words indeed from our resident organised person and thinker.

To be honest you do well to hear anything from our second rate PA system.... That's league two ready too. All very worrying. Ground capacity not really aiming for the stars Championship level either.

I'm speechless to be honest. My boss would have a dicky fit if I made a fraction of the mistakes that we hear about on here and I'd get action planned and a warning and then the sack! It's all very lax and they just don't learn from their mistakes. Fgs proof read and check your facts before going to print or post on social media.

Absolutely. The most annoying thing is that they don’t learn and make no attempt to improve.
