Uncle Knobhead will be on later to tell us how it was all expected.
The proverbial chokers haven't let us down!
I imagine Ricketts will be having a laugh about it, although sure to be not laughing as much as I am.

So, a new team in League 2 next season. Solihull Moors v AFC Fylde Salford v Eastleigh I hope Solihull do it as they’ve took the National League by surprise as we did in League 1 last season but I think it’ll be Salford or Fylde who will probably go up.

If the rumours are true, SR will be having a quiet word with Lainton and Pearson with regards to them being given a possible escape route.

WELL WELL WELL 12 years and counting, the gift that keeps on giving🐐🐐 And Stockport, Torquay, Yeovil, Notts County/Macclesfield to join in the fun next year! Can see Chesterfield and Hartlepool doing better too. Throw in the other 4 that don't get through the playoffs and there'll still be a fair amount of competition for them.

Never mind. Add this seasons ‘achievements’ to your other list you regularly trot out - playing in Europe in the dim and distant past, winning ar Wembley (in a tin pot non league trophy). Enjoy being non league for another 12 months.........

“www.redpassion.co.uk is currently unreachable“
It’s in absolute meltdown. Lots had written this game off as a gimme. To be fair though, lots also said they had absolutely zero chance in the playoffs though.
Must be so depressing.

Went to this game tonight, Eastleigh edged the first half. Wrexham much the better team in the second, hit the bar twice, goal disallowed. They should have won it. Cracking strike for Eastleigh's winner and even better headed goal line clearance to deny Wrexham an equaliser at the death. Really decent atmosphere at the Racecourse and away fans locked in at the end. Last time that happened to me was back at the Racecourse circa '91. Great to see Holty on the touchline as a pundit and also Chris Neal sitting in the away end.

How do I feel about the result?
Probably like a lot of other fans. Not flipin' surprised in the least..
Unlucky in my opinion with the disallowed goal. Hit the woodwork twice. Forced a couple of good saves...Everthing but scoring which really matters/
We're cursed. Ever since that 'Space Age' Mold Road Stand was built we've had nothing but bad luck.
Nothing but bad luck..
Club handed to property developers
Administration
Docked points
Court battles
The electricity and water turned off etc
Play Off losses
Relegations
More Play Off losses
Bad refereeing decisons
Alllowing Olly Murs to perform at the ground
etc
Absolutely flipin' cursed!
I'm wondering if someone's slipped unknown in to the foundations of that stand and been covered with concrete?
It's been a questionable season off the pitch as well. 3 managers, one interim manager. Problems in the board etc
Some people might argue we were doing OK till Sam The Snake hopped it? Maybe! We'll never know..
No, were not 'gutted'. It WAS "predicted" by my goodself. Everyone could see our failings.
I can see our fans expecting changes after 'disaster' this season. The club is funded well by the punters etc
Live on Worldwide Sattelite TV and we get nearly 7,000 at this level..
ATT: 6,723 (148 - away)
Not surprised. Not "gutted".
Just disappointed we're lacking in goals in a League which was there for the taking.
Disappointed. But, you were expecting much more this season....weren't you?

I see there were 6723 there tonight, great effort
well not really
my grandad used to tell me about a game he went to at the racecourse, in 1948
the team he went to watch was Hanwood Welfare. (now Hanwood United) I played a few times for their reserves when I was 16 if they were short, as I had close relatives playing for them
anyway in 1948 , this small village of Hanwood which has grown massive recently and now has almost 1000 residents got to the welsh amateur cup final where they sadly lost 2-0 to a side called Llay United
the attendance 6,859
Hanwood Welfare; F. Morris; H. Jones, T. Harris; J. Evans, S. Childs, W. Evans; D. Howell, J. Scott, S. Stoves, G. Griffiths, E. Evans.
I know it was Fred Morris in goal, he used to run hanwood garage, and I think T Harris is `Trevor Harris , I'd also guess one of the Evans is maybe father of Arthur Evans but that's a guess
anyway so Hanwood have more fans at the racecourse than wrexham did, in their biggest game there for over a decade ;-)

We had a playoff game in the conference once, at home and it was a higher attendance than they had last night.
Cant even claim to be a bigger club on attendances an more (well not for a while to be fair)
Difference is we got up fist time
Now they head into year 12!

Can’t keep coming on here saying it was expected etc, been in the top 6 all season, so you can’t go into a playoff campaign saying it’s expected that you’ll lose, that’s just a way of playing it down incase it did happen.
