Does a cup match with Wolves and a bit of excitement enhance our chances of landing someone we may have our eye on, also gives us a little bit more money to spend!!!

Wolves winger Will Randall and Striker Paul Gladon have left the club by mutual consent. Any chance we can pick them up cheep With our Wolves connections. Don't know much about them or if they would drop this far but may do a good job until summer if we can afford them?

Cannot believe that we are not bringing another forward in , just having to rely on what we have got, is asking for trouble, got to bring somebody in to cover for LJL at least.

More than possible that RW has told SR to get rid first before any incoming, which is putting Salop at risk of the drop if they can't kick on from Tues gone.

Going by what Brian said there are other moves in the pipeline but taking longer to get sorted. So hopefully still time yet

Cost a reported £1m, made 3 appearances in 2 and a half years and now released

I think the whole window is generally being affected by lack of cash. Slowest window in terms of signings i can remember throughout the leagues. The harder it is to move your players on, the harder it is to bring them in.

Lack of cash!! , if that's true how much did it cost to bring D E back.

Going by what Brian said there are other moves in the pipeline but taking longer to get sorted. So hopefully still time yet the problem with January is that it can be hit and miss and it can be about suitable players been available at a price we can afford. we know rickets said he need to thin the squad to bring in Edwards. it is also about how much funds has been made available ,one of the hopes about Askey and rickets was that they would unearth a rough diamond from the lower leagues. the nearer we get to the end of the month the more concerned i will become.

Got to find a centre back with pace, striker and a goalkeeper. Otherwise we will struggle

Lack of cash!! , if that's true how much did it cost to bring D E back. Well seeing as he mutually agreed the termination of his contract at Reading and already has accommodation in the area, and in all likelihood lowered the agents fees/ waived them. Then my guess is..... not much.

Our incomings in the last January window were poor. Be good if we improved on that.

As usual people think lack of noise means nothing is happening. I'm pretty confident we are trying to sign players, this isn't football manager and it's also the Jan transfer window, things don't happen overnight

To summarise the current position this window.
Seven have left. Jules, Kennedy, Hendrie, Coleman, Colkett, Morris and Gnahoua.
Three have joined. Edwards, Walker and Charles-Cook, but only two of these are available this season.

And of the 2 available, one will be a bench warmer and the other will probably spend more time on the physio's table.

Sadly true, little has been done to make us any stronger up to this point.
I guess one or two more could move on, Jones being the obvious one and maybe also Loft or Emmanuel, but other than any youngsters going out on loan you would hope that most of the business for the remainder of the window will be inwards.

I want to see Emmanuel at right wing back in our 3-5-2, not returned to Ipswich!
