Credit for changing it and going two up front. We don’t know how it would have panned out had he stayed with the same system but we know his positive change worked. I loved the way we played out the last few minutes.

Taking nothing away from the win or the change but the game was screaming out for a second striker from 55 minutes onwards.

I thought it was nightmare bad luck to lose Brown so soon after taking off Bolton.
Decent squad this. Proper players to bring on in most positions.

The lone striker system did not work for us today. Morris was too isolated and as a result several chances to cross the ball were delayed, with the ball being played backwards. Good decision to go 442 with the added presence leading to the corner from which Toto scored a magnificent header. I have never before seen a team indulge in time wasting for 85 minutes and they got what they deserved. Of course, it wasn't just time wasting but an attempt to disrupt the game, break up the rhythm and slow our tempo. Keeper should have joined the other two in the book for it as well. Only one team wanted to win which made our last minute winner all the sweeter. Our own time wasting in the corners after the goal was the perfect response to Mr Rosler's dubious tactics and he can have no complaints. Well done PH and CD.

I thought Hurst conducted himself with real dignity on the touchline today, in stark contrast to the ranting, raving, gesticulating, ostentatious whistling and general gamesmanship of bitter loser Rösler.
