I have made my donation, and will chuck in some more coin at the end of the month.
This really is a priceless opportunity, for which some Town fans will have worked tirelessly.
To those referenced above I say THANK YOU - irrespective of whether we end up meeting the 75k target.

Don't want to sound negative ! And I do want this to happen at the stadium, looking at the other funding they have had on there page like was it like 500k for a fund to get a new stand or something at Stevenage? and when I looked it was like 250k they really achieved a lot getting that much raised compared how we are doing to get 70k, how many clubs is there in the football league and how many people attend these games surely getting in touch with clubs to see if they can do something on matchdays to get the out of ten supporter to flick a pound into a bucket Your comparing two completely different things..The Stevenage project is a 5 year bond where you get your money back at the end in return for 4% income (or 8% if used at the club) so fans can invest a lump sum take 8% income and pay for their season ticket and still get their money back after 5 years...So if you have a spare £5000 lend it to the club for 5 years and get £400 per year to pay for your season ticket then get your money back... Watch footy for free basically so quite attractive compared with our scheme which is aimed at fans generosity and wanting to make. A difference Nows the time to make that difference by giving, even if it's only a small amount, to help Shrewsbury fans lead the way in the football community

Great to some important milestones have been reached
We now have over 500 donations and reached 25% of the total.
The next step is the 20k mark.
Out of interest have the bucket collection total been added on yet?

With 19 days to go....
It would be good if a plotting chart could be put on the Tivosy website showing how much raised per day and daily target required for remaining days.

If that 20k turned out to be Joe Hart (who I know has been contacted) hes can have the keys to the club! Maybe my letter writing has paid off already

The bucket collection must have gone well! That is one hell of a jump Has anyone got an idea who just found 20k down the back on the couch. Thank you who ever it is. Is it a coincidence that it happened straight after we broke the 20k mark?

Ah see it's the club donations. This is really fantastic news and great credit to the campaign that the initial 20k is being matched by the club
Have a say I was a little cynical that the club would come through but really brilliant that they have - it's a massive boost to the campaign and should help it kick on over the next couple of weeks

That's twice in the same day that I've said, "well done STFC". Say it a third time and Vic Kasule appears as a vision in your bathroom mirror

I'll give that a miss, Matt! A fair few years ago, me and the Bro were sat in the Centre Stand at the owd Meddah, when an emotional Victor and a mate came and sat behind us. Victor had obviously taken a shine to the Bro, as he kept tapping him on the shoulder, with a fixed benevolent smile on his face. The guy with him said, "Now then, Victor, let the gentleman watch the game in peace". But Victor thought he had found a new bestest friend and kept up the tapping, much to my amusement.
Actually, I think it was more entertaining than the match if I remember correctly.

Excellent stuff from the club. Rather overshadows my donation, which I finally got round to making. Might not get to use it but the chance to be a part of something genuinely special is the main thing. Great work once again from everyone involved.

Still a very poor show that less than 600 from a hardcore fanbase of 4000 have bothered to contribute to something that will put our club in history. We really do need to push our own fanbase to get donating even a small amount. 570 to date.....embarrassing!

It's also about the club being the role model and precedent that sees it being accepted throughout all stadiums in England.

Loving the positivity...... Tifosy are working on stuff all the time both for our fans and as you have seen today fans from around the country. From feedback we have had the project has started very positively and all we can ask is that everyone plugs the project, tells friends, promotes it among their businesses etc. If you want to offer a reward for crowd funding or your business does please pm me, also if you have any ideas we can run with as fans again please get in touch. We aren't even discussing not raising the money, this takes as long as it takes but ideally we want to get there asap. We haven't yet approached any club sponsors or businesses who support the club as Richard has left and Andy is away until this week. Like I say all we ask is fans get out there push on other message boards and do what they can to help us get there. Cheers Mike o Have Tifosy come up with any other non Salop offers at all that may be attractive to the wider football community. I see Bristol have given a shirt but is there anything else? They also seem to be very low key when it comes to communicating what is happening / their plans. They have also not replied to the comments from Richard Bampfield 18 days ago. As mentioned before isn't it time that we are promoting land mark moments like 500 donations, 50% of the target and building the excitement and promotion of the campaign back up?

Well, now that promotion to the championship is nailed on, guess we'll just have to pass the project on to one of the lesser lights of League One

Contacted a few premier league clubs, they pass you onto the charity etc department and respond to only helping out local area funding okay fair enough understandable, but not willing to give a signed shirt or promote the safe standing campaign over social media really annoys me !!

Have donated - it is a real shame that we don't have some shirts from our former players (e.g. Hart, Edwards, Goldson, Woods) or some merchandise from premiership clubs to help out in drumming up some cash.

So how much do TIFSOY get from the donations to do bugger all! What exactly do they do for their money?
Im sure some clever people on Blue and Amber could have created a web page for people to donate and come up with ideas like free season tickets, signed shirts, names on safe standing rails etc.
With only 2 weeks to go and still needing £35,000 are they going to step things up and get local and national businesses involved.
Do they have something up there sleeve? It would be nice to think so but I doubt it.

It would be good to get some comments and materials from Tifosy / those behind the campaign. I see another notable target has been reached - that of having 600 donations.
Well done and thank you to everyone who has donated to date.
