Serious questions. What happens if the money is not raised by the original deadline?
Will it be extended, if so until when?
Is the club going to make up the shortfall?
Depending on how much is raised, will it still go ahead but a smaller area?
Or will it be scrapped entirely?
I ask these due to being one of the affected season ticket holders.

To be honest, 500 to 1500 notes to a business is chicken feed. If I was still working, I'd join in. You are allowed to promote your business with sponsorship and claim it back off your tax bill. The media coverage you would get is worth a lot of money. I'd be staggered if in the next couple of wicks, some serious cash doesn't come in.

Initial time scales can be extended if needed. As for making up short fall etc that's something we will discuss if needed.
Certainly not panicing. at the moment loads being discussed but as always we need everyone's help

Is this going to be (heavily) promoted at ALL of Town's upcoming games?
Surely this is the best & most obvious place to do so, to an audience who understand what it is all about?
Was very surprised there was no mention of it on Saturday

What do people think is the realistic demand for the standing area? Maybe it's early days yet, but only a handful of our total support seem to have donated. Is it that the demand is there but fans just aren't willing to pay for it or is it just a nostalgic dream of a minority?

I think the lack of funding the club are contributing to the project might be putting individuals and businesses off contributing. Certainly my feelings are along those lines I'm very much in favour of the pilot but as said in other threads this all feels a bit like the club riding on the good will of fans to fund it, with no financial contribution from them. Quite a few of us over the years have done stuff for the club, only to have it ignored or thrown back in our faces so there is a lot of mistrust of the clubs motives out there. The club making a sizeable donation to the fund would be really helpful and show genuine partnership working

i think only a few will donate as there is little realistic chance many would get the chance to use it, im certain there will be a hardcore few that will dominate its use every home game.

I think Tifosy need to market this round the EFL and Premier League more than they are, at the current rate 50% will not be raised by 12th September.

Why isn't there adverts on the radio about this?? Why isn't it in the paper about donating? Why wasn't there members or staff outside the ground with buckets v Northampton , collection things at the buffets so people could put their change in it . The club should have had people outside the away end at forest (if any fans will donate , the away ones will) . There should be a Banner outside the stadium about it . why isn't someone from the club contacting talksport to go on there like Brian did when this was first announced , and asked fans of football in general to donate to it ? As usual , the club is not helping themselves . I really want the safe standing at the ground , but half of me thinks stfc just don't want the donations. If they don't make the total which looks extremely likely they should pay for it themself out of pure embarrassment .

It was a fair question that hasn't been answered what happens if target isn't reached and project doesn't proceed or another club gets permission and funds it immediately.... Money returned? On a more posative note just reached £10,000.00

I am sure, as the professional organisation getting paid for the campaign tifosi should be coordinating the way it is being communicated. This includes STFC activities and the activities of other clubs who support the campaign.
In regards other rewards for non town supporters there don't seem to be many. I thought I saw a West ham top included but that seems to no longer be there.

Don't want to sound negative ! And I do want this to happen at the stadium, looking at the other funding they have had on there page like was it like 500k for a fund to get a new stand or something at Stevenage? and when I looked it was like 250k they really achieved a lot getting that much raised compared how we are doing to get 70k, how many clubs is there in the football league and how many people attend these games surely getting in touch with clubs to see if they can do something on matchdays to get the out of ten supporter to flick a pound into a bucket

Genuine question that may have been answered already - why did the crowdfunding page not go live on the day we announced our intention to do this? In the depths of summer with not much happening, the initial announcement was on the front pages of BBC Sport, The Guardian, Daily Mail and many others. A number of non-STFC fans got in touch with me applauding it and saying what a good idea it was. Surely if there'd been a link at the bottom of all those pages we'd have got a fair bit of money trickling in from the start across the country. When it did launch, it felt slightly like we'd missed the moment.
