Did the 'famous' Blackpool weekender last week. Thankfully just doing the day trip on Saturday.
For those wanting proper beer the Pump & Truncheon in the town and the Bloomfield Brewhouse along from the ground are worth seeking out.

Yes,this is one of the biggest games in our history but let's not forget we desperately need to beat Blackpool before we move on to the FA Cup.So please let's concetrate for a bit on making sure we get a really good turnout on Saturday.Would be good if we could all manage to get to the same pub pre match for a few coca colas, have a good sing and dance(it IS Blackpool) then off to the match all fired up to make the Tangerines feel like they are playing away from home.

Boycott it is then.Plenty of other choices and Football Ground Guide suggests there is a Weatherspoons close to South Station which should be easier on the pocket too.

There are four Weatherspoons as I know of. The closest is on Lytham Road, about a 10 minute walk to the ground, which is the one you mention indalo

That Wetherspoons is called The Auctioneer, 235 Lytham Road, between the ground and Blackpool South station.
I believe Oyston owns no part of it...
