come on you have got details of how you can get your jester hat. Isn't that more important than wanting a ticket! !!!!!!!!!!!! Sounds perfect you can pop into the club shop for your hat before standing in the queue for your ticket. The first one to make the non smiling lady smile gets invited in for a coffee and biscuit! Just tell her your dog died, or your car broke down, etc...

You missed the bit where it said that the 2nd and 3rd tickets must go to their mates in Manchester . Thats it then , job done . I can just taste the atmosphere as I watch the game in the pub cos that's what I'll be doing at this rate .

Still no news about when loyalty points tickets go on sale - 24 hours after we were supposed to be informed - and nothing to say why the delay. Excellent customer service.
Still, if you want to dress like a tw*t in a jester hat you can find the information required.

I've only bought tickets online this season for the Crystal Palace game. But I have no loyalty points - are they only gained for league fixtures?
Sorry if this has already been covered elsewhere.

I've only bought tickets online this season for the Crystal Palace game. But I have no loyalty points - are they only gained for league fixtures? Sorry if this has already been covered elsewhere. That was a can of worms that burst open this week. They say the policy is not to award points for cup games but points were added for all games up to Sheff Weds. The worms "escaped" when they told people querying why points hadn't appeared about the "policy". Points were awarded for Palace, go and check your transaction history and see if they were awarded and then removed. Very odd you don't have the points for it then. No manual adjustments of loyalty points?
