iv been to a few games, got tickets with my supporter number, but on line account says 0 points, does it only apply to tickets bought on line? As scooter says, it applies to all tickets, online, phone or in person. Which games did you go to? From personal experience I know that the Peterborough and Cardiff matches were setup on Ticketmaster without loyalty points when Greg was off sick. There may have been others that were not done correctly for matches I didn't attend. When I realised Peterbough hadn't gone on my account I emailed Greg who organised a manual adjustment for the people I'd bought them for. When checking my account I noticed another adjustment had been made first thing that morning and Greg confirmed they were for the Cardiff tickets. I've just checked my account and no points have been added for Sheff Weds which I bought online. Anyone else missing Sheff Weds points? An email will be sent to the ticket office first thing in the morning!

Bought Blackpool tickets yesterday and the points weren't added, you can review your points online so I would suggest people do that

My Sheffield Wednesday point has not been added.
Will send an email - which address is the one people are now using for the ticket office?

Does anyone have an e-mail for the ticket office?. I purchased tickets for two friends but didn't allocate them their points. This was before the cup draw and understandably they now would like them! I tried calling the office yesterday but it was really busy, would be much easier if I just emailed.

Oddly whenever you buy tickets online the loyalty points don't get added until 1:23am the following day (if you click account history you will see this) - its happened every time for me this season! Shame it's not the only glitch with the system!

I already have a friend telling me he will get a ticket for tonight and not go, hes only been to one other game this season (Bury) so with the double points i would say stands a very good chance of getting a Man United ticket.
Announced attendance vs how it looks there tonight will be interesting!

The Super blues site says 12 points so i will be expecting 12 point added www.superblues.org.uk/how-to-join/In past seasons I have had 10 points from superblues membership but have always had to ring/email the club to have them added - it has never happened automatically. Prior to the Chelsea game I raised it with Matt Williams - this was his response: ' The club have agreed for Super Blues Members to receive 5 loyalty points for this fixture providing that the club are given a list of members and their supporters numbers so we can process the loyalty points, as yet this has not been received. I understand it had previously been advertised that Super Blues Members would receive 10 loyalty points a season which could potentially mean supporters who haven't attended any games this season could simply join the Super Blues and be guaranteed a Chelsea ticket, likewise a supporter who has attended all the home games and a couple of away games would find themselves behind a Super Blues member in the opportunity of purchasing tickets which I don't believe is fair. I believe the compromise we are offering is fair and will ensure all super blues members will not miss out on purchasing Chelsea tickets.'

Surely the super blues should not still be advertising 12 points then on the site? 5 points seem fair but surely false advertising and selling on behalf of the Super Blues.

Why offer the 12 points in the first place?
The whole situation regarding loyalty points and memberships really needs to be sorted out.
We have realistically a few thousand members. Simple automation between the purchasing of tickets and points assigned to accounts.
A pre-season only sale of this 'Super Blues Club' offering the 5 points giving an early season cash boost, an incentive to buy, possible pre-sale of replica shirts....
Simple really.

No loyalty point for Sheffield Wednesday on my account either. I asked the question at the ticket office yesterday when I bought my Southend ticket and the lady wasn't sure if cup games counted. She tried phoning someone but couldn't get an answer. I've not been to any previous rounds so don't know if that's true or not. That can't be right surely?
