Passionate fan. Shame he gets a bit ahead of himself at times.

Most teams bring their own "intelligence" with them, normally a plod or two so no doubt most stewards would be fully aware of any potential trouble makers. That is not to say that Bizzy is classed in that category but he has certainly got form. If he stayed off the beer he might be able to watch a whole game. Will he ever learn?

Bizzy is absolutely adamant on FB he was thrown out for no decent reason tonight and he wasn't under the influence of alcohol, he doesn't sound very happy at all but the people who are always quick to judge him are probably the ones who have never taken time out to speak to the lad... he is actually a decent and intelligent bloke once you get to know him.

Fuss over nothing, picked the ball up and held it while he let loose a few verbals at the players, then threw the ball back before being grabbed and escorted out. That's what it looked like from further back anyway. I've seen much worse behaviour go unpunished.

I imagine they would justify it by saying he held up play. That said he returned it quicker than most of the ball boys at 3-2

He rather frustratingly kept hold of the ball for about 30 seconds while berating our lads for their poor start. It wasn't even outrageously abusive.
Wasting his own teams time at 3 0 was punishment enough, being kicked out? That's ludicrous. Probably best not to get in these situations at all though I guess.

Sounds like the sort of incident that would be considered passion at a rugby game.

I had a go at one of the Stewards on the way out at the end. I said that I thought that they over-reacted and were too heavy handed - he implied that that maybe was the case. A simple request to sit down should have been sufficient. I can imagine if they had done that to a Millwall fan, or Vafe for that matter, there could have been a riot.

Unbelievable to be thrown out for that, nothing in it at all, don't think he even swore. Milwall fans were far worse on opening day and weren't thrown out. Rochdale stewards are always over the top if memory serves me right.

Ironic really that the "offence" took place in front of a huge sign saying it is illegal to stand up in a seated area and they chicken out of doing anything about that. Bizzy is always going to be easy prey.

Bizzy is always going to be easy prey. There is nothing illegal about standing in a seated area, it's down to the individual club and whether they want to allow it. These days clubs are long past the stage of trying to prevent it and some clubs such as Cardiff and Palace actively encourage standing in certain areas of their grounds.

Some very patronising posts on this thread I assume they are perfect!
friendly bit of advice bizzy, move nearer the back, it seems to be more acceptable to be more animated. people that sit down the front are usually less so which makes you stick out like a sore thumb.
this fact has unfortunately meant Mallet now stands next to me in block 19.
