Now available to season ticket holders until Tuesday. Then it's number of points before general sale.

Bit disappointed with this. A season ticket holder who hasn't been to a single away game gets priority over a non season ticket holder who had double the number of loyalty points.

Agreed, however lets not get too upset about this yet, remember the Wimbledon game in 2012?
We were up by then, and I reckon we'd sealed it by this point.

They have made 1700 tickets available which is a lot more than I thought there would be.

Agreed, won't have a problem getting a ticket but at this stage of the season I would have linked to have seen tickets go on sale to everyone with 23 points or more from stage 1. I travel in a group which has a mix of season ticket and non season ticket holders so would have been nice to buy tickets together

How can anyone be disappointed The rules that have been established for some time are that ST get first priority. Its hardly a shock. When people renewed their ST at the start of last season, backing the club despite there being every reason not to, it was probably a harder call then attending a few away games this season

The game could be a classic, full house, us going for the title, and them to avoid relegation.... in the penultimate game. Can see it being anything but a sell out home and away if things stay like they are.

Season ticket holders should go first otherwise it would be a nightmare to organise ticket priorities!

I put my money where my mouth is for me and the Mrs for this season and while I was forking out nearly £600 again for us both today I got the Cheltenham tickets too. To my mind ST have faith that the club/squad will do there all to do us proud and it is a reward to get first dibs. I just wish it was with a plus one when buying tickets too but needs must

There won't be any problem here since we have 1700 tickets but I would have been hacked off to have travelled 7500 miles this season and miss out to someone with half the number of points. Always difficult for the club just wanted to throw the thought out there for consideration for future seasons as clearly feedback from this messageboard is read and considered now which is great. That's why in an earlier post I suggested 23 points as being first sales point. This means all season ticket holders qualify plus people who have earned the similiar number of points or more.

You could always sign up for the big bike ride and then you get a free ticket ?

As others have said our ticketing policy is well known and season ticket holders have had priority for many years so it should come as no surprise.
You are never going to please everybody but at least you know the policy at the start of the season

You are never going to please everybody but at least you know the policy at the start of the season Didn't come as a surprise and we have come so far since the bad old days of the Liverpool FA Cup Fiasco when even a voucher from the Swansea game didn't get you a ticket as it should have done. As I have said before was just hoping for something slightly different as earlier all ticket away games were prior to non season ticket holders being able to get 23 points so no issue at all then. Even though I was sweating on a Wimbledon ticket on the opening day having only missed two Town games in London in the last 30 years in all competitions, I would have understood that. This isn't a complaint just a thought as clearly with Matt Williams running day to day operations he is always looking at ways to improve things.

Season ticket holders should go first otherwise it would be a nightmare to organise ticket priorities! No it wouldn't, 23 points or more Hardly clear cut is it, in this case we would have 1700 individual cases to review at point of purchase vs just handing over a season ticket number - What about people who goto away games and pay on the gate? What about season ticket holders who have been to ALL home games and some away games vs non-season ticket holders who have been to more away games than home? Season ticket holders deserve first dibs as they cough up large sums of cash each year for HOME games - meaning 100% of that cash goes to STFC. Most people who goto away games are season ticket holders anyway I would bet and the number of non-season ticket holders who goto most/all away games would be amazingly low. After last seasons panto I think first shot at being ripped off to the tune of £23 by a (hopefully) soon to be non-league is least current season ticket holders deserve!
