It is good to see them trying to do something, however, could they not have offered them both for £30? I don't think too many will take this up, at £17.50 a game, it's still more than the £16 tickets which were available last year.

At least the club are trying to attract fans to key fixtures...a step in the right direction to be fair

Having already used up 2 of my flexi-tickets for these 2 games (at £18 per game), I've already lost out. I suppose I'll get over it....

I don't really see £17.50 for a League Two fixture as a deal, £10 is a deal.

Strange deal. Can't see it getting any extra fans in. If we want to get fans in let's put the Oxford game on the 21st to £10 a ticket for adults and £5 for everyone else or something.

Typical STFC really, they have come up with a good idea in theory but the end result could have been so much better. Agreed that £30 for two would be a good deal as gives saving of £10.
Would also say its a strange choice of games to do the deal. There have been three occasions this year when we have been home on two successive Saturday's (as per below) and they would have been the perfect times to have done a double deal like this. I know the club will probably feel like they cant win, as I have said above its good to see them doing things like this but just could have been better.
January (Hartlepool & Stevenage) Feb (Southend & Wimbledon) Feb/March (Northampton & Cambridge)

Do they have to offer these match day ticket offers or is it optional. This just comes across as an effort to slot one of these ticket offers in just to get it done and dusted and out of the way. No doubt it'll make one or two happy who were looking to attend the games anyhows but I can't see it getting many to actually go who weren't going to bother anyhows. I think both tickets for 30 notes would have at least looked like they meant it...

For those knocking this as a deal, do remember we have the ongoing Flexi-Tickets, which Severn3 has already mentioned a few posts up.
If you make it too big a wow deal, you will be peeing a lot of people off who have already bought tickets for these matches using their Flexi-Tickets.
An offer is an offer at the end of the day and at least the club are doing something proactive. I think they have this right taking everything into account.

Absolutely, it's nice to see deals like this, just sort them out early not last minute. After all the tickets for these games only went on sale a few weeks ago, they should have announced it then. And I can see why its these particular games, they're playing on the Oxbridge/Boat Race angle which is probably very appealing to the marketing department.
