Although the stadium was a bit ancient it was good to be able to stand on the terrace again. What impressed me most though, was the supporters club & bar next to the ground. Great facilities where home & away fans were able to have a drink, a bite to eat, & socialise in comfort before the game. It's a shame we don't have the same at the "Meddah"

Went to Cambridge to catch one of our conference matches back in the dark old days. Old school ground.

However, for those of us expecting to sit it was not good as they had closed the seating area to accommodate children and singers. They said they had told STFC this a month ago BUT there was nothing on the announcement re tickets to this effect. Thanks to the good offices of their stewards those who were not able to stand were found seats. So two questions:
1. Has anything improved re giving out correct information to fans at STFC? 2. If there are normally seats for away fans, are clubs supposed to withdraw them?

Not the best ground access wise. Park miles away and walk across a muddy field in the gloom after the game. No programme sellers to be found - we had to ask a Steward three times to get one to honour us with a visit. We were milling round outside waiting for a turnstile operator to open up, with people wanting to visit the toilet. It almost seemed that they were so concerned with getting the choir installed that they had forgotten that there was a football match about to take place. .

A supporters bar down the greenhous would be good . Been in the power league once or twice but just doesn't do it for me . Also can't believe nobody has a catering van near the stadium selling chips etc , killing to be made there .
