How's everyone's experience been of the shop?
My dad popped in the other day and they did not have anything in his size and the shop assistant was not very helpful when he inquired about getting one of his size. Which resulted in him keeping his money in his pocket.
i haven't had chance to go in myself so i was wondering what other peoples experiences was?

it was early October I visited both shops and found them both well stocked, plenty of clearance items and extremely friendly and attentive staff. as we get closer to the end of the year, I would expect most of the clearance bargains to have been sold.
more recently I have bought items online, and each time my items have been delivered the next morning. I have nothing but praise for the service and staff in both shops.

I notice the club have put that Mourhino shirt up for auction, all proceeds going to the family of the little lad who presented Jose with it. bidding already up to £255. would love to be able to afford to buy it and present it to our club to be hung in the Boardroom. I assume Jose presented the painting back to the club after signing it. what a great character. I forsee the painting fetching a grand or 2

At least you folks down there get the chance to browse. The online shop is currently a load of cr@p. There was a new range of T-shirt designs announced a while ago as available in the club shop, which would be ideal for both of my lads for Christmas. Apparently too much trouble to make them available online though.

Never seen a soul in there.
I can't quite grasp how they stand to make any money whatsoever.
Was a nice idea but they missed a trick not cashing in before the Chelsea game.
How about selling a proportion of match tickets there? Much more convenient for people who work in and around time who might not drive or what have you.
Personally can't see it being there much any longer than January.

There was a rather apologetic article on the website not long after the shop opened that they were unable to sell match tickets due to some kind of unforeseen technical issue.

Sure this has been pointed out somewhere but I believe all the players and staff are doing an autograph session next Monday at the shop in Town.

Good. Bought four of the T Shirts when they came out. Had to pay by cash as card machine didn't work at that time (it didn't work on any of that floor to be fair). Went in for an Xmas jumper last Saturday but had sold out of my size. Not surprises as it was National Christmas Jumper Day the day before. Nice to be able to stroll in when up town.
