Just noticed that Worcester City (I grew up by Worcester so have a big soft spot for the faithfuls) have sold out the 2,200 allocation they were given for their 2nd round tie at Sc***horpe!
Excellent stuff given the distance and fact Worcester are without a home at present! Really hope they get past scunny and get a premiership team in the 3rd round!

Moved to Worcester from Shrewsbury in 1976. Have lived here ever since. Do have a soft spot for them and hope they can get their own ground soon.

I really like Worcester as a place.
We've had a lot of holidays nearby in Upton upon Severn.
Worcester shows Shrewsbury the way in terms of a university too. I don't think it spoils the city but it must bring in millions every year.

Plus the local publicans don't mind too much

Have been a couple of times too a match. A great evening out.

This weekend, starting Thursday evening in Worcester is the annual Victorian Christmas Fair. A huge event which attract thousands from all around the country. Worth a visit if you like that sort of event.

They've done well to sell that many, fair play.
Would love for them to win and then get a trip to Old Trafford - purely for the financial gain, they need it.

I'd rather see them win through and face Cardiff in the third round - nearer than Manchester and would give them a good chance of progressing to the fourth round, because CARDIFF ARE S**T
