Just seen goals!
Their keeper should of done better with Collin's shot
Great anticipation from Collin's for his 2nd
Grandison should of put a foot through the ball instead of leaving it
I think Knight-Percival allowed his man to get the wrong side of him and he jumped higher than him
Catalogue of errors, should of been closed down earlier, Wes's attempted clearance, Nicols left alone and keeper not trying to punch it rather than flapping

The space their lad had inside the area for their first was ridiculous.

Our keeper didn't look great for the 2nd + 3rd goals, very half hearted especially for the 3rd. looked like he didn't want to get hurt.

Wasn't it Goldson that tried to be clever for the 3rd?

Did our lads turn off? Maybe with the run we've been on and being two nil up at half time will do that to you. I think MM mentioned before this game that it was a decent run but we hadn't won anything yet. I think at full time he could have simply repeated that and I think it would have sent the message home to the players. A sharper reminder you couldn't have wished for yesterday. Kick in the pips and no mistake and I do feel for the diehards who made the trip but it might just do em some good that. It'll get em focused again. Hopefully anyhows.

Wasn't it Goldson that tried to be clever for the 3rd? Connor is a good lower league defender but he sometimes tries to play more football than his talent would allow. I find myself screaming every game "stick to defending Connor and leave the creativity to someone else".

I find myself screaming every game "stick to defending Connor and leave the creativity to someone else". I seem to recall something along the lines of the manger wanting him to come forward with the ball and play a long ball at times, which I have no issue with. Trying to do it in your own box surrounded by attackers in the last few minutes is a different matter.

He frequently hits long balls and sometimes they come off - JLAA scored his first against Bury from one such pass. He can play long balls as can Jermaine as that was what was asked of them under GT. The problem Connor has is deciding when to keep the ball live and when to launch it into Row Z. His completion rate of 10 yard passes would probably be lower the expected for a pro footballer but this is something that can be worked on. I would love to see some of the stats provided by the club's performance analyst.

Defending poor for all 3 goals but looking at Leutwiler's effort for 2nd and 3rd goal he must have called in at the Weale & Tooze school of Goalkeeping. Anymore examples in the next few games and Halstead will take his place!
