Correct, but that was playing for a God awful team lacking any semblance of organisation or structure. Including the 2011/12 promotion winning team? Or the 2010/11 play offs team? He was young but he wasn't injured throughout those seasons. His contributions to those teams could best be described as modest. 2010/11 he was injured for half the season, got back in the team ahead of Matt Harrold for the second half and scored a handful, 6 or 7 I think. That was when he looked very promising, it was the promotion season, just as he signed that new 2 year deal, and our first season in L1 when he was useless and managed 1 goal in 30-40 games.

In your teams there is always a place as Goal- keeper, so maybe there. Anyway, now it's Christmas you've given me an idea. I have invented a new game, thanks to you, called Where's Goalie. Almost like Where's Wally, but we all know where he is, don,t we now. Jog on, Wally. You cannot understand when you are being made to look a prick. How clever is Silly Billy at pointing out something that was solely intended to bring him out with a post.''Jog on''

Indeed. The bit I particularity like are the people moaning about people constantly talking about Bradshaw, constantly talking about Bradshaw... I started one of my rare threads, and all of a sudden I get a nut job stalking me because he did,nt like it. Doh! Anyway, I wonder what TOM BRADSHAW is having for tea tonight. ???Or Take your pick. Stalking you! so what is constant posting about an ex player who has not even played for Shrewsbury this season and didn't play on Tuesday. Your obsessed and the conclusion I've come to is that: Your juvenile style postings. A cry for attention in creating a thread about one person to moan about people creating threads about him without understanding the irony. Unable to post originally and will take criticism too heart so much you will repeat the comment believing it's your own. Similar to how children respond when they are caught out, stuck in a corner and unable to think of anything else other than repeating what they just heard. So you are either a 13 year old School girl who has irrational crushes on young sportsmen and pop stars who range from hating their idol 1 minute to loving him the next. You post in similar manner to a besotted One Direction fan. If you are not then you need help.

Go find a thread that contains something you do wish to discuss. Leave this one for people who want to discuss Bradshaw. Don't want to go an edit posts but its getting a tad OTT now. Embarrassing too. Cheers...

"I want to read about Tom Bradshaw". Why? He turned down our offer of a contract and now plays for one of our rivals (when fit). Time to move on.

Do you think young Tom should be plying his trade ( that is scoring goals for us) with Shrewsbury Town. And, do you think those that moan and grown about him should be made to visit the Biscuit Tin on a regular basis to get them to change their opinion of him. And (sorry, almost forgot) do you think this thread should be re- named Tom Bradshaw ....Again, again. And, who do you think is going to win the X Factor? i only ask as I,ve got you down as an opinionated little chuffer, so give us the wisdom of your opinion you tactical genius you.

I do hope this topic isn't edited , it's providing me with hours of enjoyment. Axlerose putting the boot into Bunkem and Bunkem trying desperately to get back in the game , thrashing about with insults intended to shore up his losing battle as he tries to justify his opinion about Tea Pot Tom . Let's call it a draw shall we and move on , on reflection even I am getting a little bored .
My next thread may be entitled " Tom Bradshaw or One Direction -who would win X Factor "
After due consideration of about one nanosecond perhaps not my best idea .

General football chat, one of our youngsters doing well and a player who I always backed showing his ability. However, I thought the was obvious - evidently not.

A player who I always HOPED would fulfil his potential for us, but only continually exasperated . As far as I am concerned, whatever he does at Warsaw is of no interest to me. I just hope that he does not score eniugh goals to keep then up.

I make no apologies for this, although it may be uncomfortable reading for some. Why are we so involved with this ex - player? You could say, well from the title and content of this thread you are part of the problem! My view is that we seem to take every opportunity to have a go at this young lad for no other reason other than he is an ex- player and decided to leave us. But he did,nt actually leave us of his own accord, more like he was pushed out. Fair enough, players come and go, managers change and have their own opinions on team building. Tom Bradshaw was considered by many to be not up to the standard required. Maybe, but the previous manager , in my view held him out to dry. Playing a young striker, alone, up front, against two big central defenders and feeding him high balls was never going to work. He was crying out to be played as the foil to a bigger partner, but that never happened. Anyone who witnessed his goal(s) against Crewe and Bradford, both away, could see that the boy had some modicum of ability. He he may or may not score against us today, but he is still receiving abuse from our fans every bit as repulsive as when he played for us. Why? His perceived failure when playing for us was brought about by the manager at that time, in my view. Remember the cup game v. Walsall at their place, when apart from playing midfielders as full backs and other players out of position, we played Bradshaw as a loan striker and he failed, miserably. lets give it a rest and accepted that we have all moved on, him and us. This Cup game seems to be more of a BRadshaw v. Town than anything else, which is a great shame. One of my all time fav's.
