Anybody know what happend to the Numptie from Block 18 who ran onto the pitch when we scored. Saw him being taken round the back of Block 19 - by the Stewards.

Was there one ? I SKY + it so will check it out. I noticed there Fans squashing a steward/es when they scored I'm not sure if it was a he or a she.

I know who it is and he is a young lad who could have just lost the privilege of seeing his team for a moment of madness!

I know who it is and he is a young lad who could have just lost the privilege of seeing his team for a moment of madness! A 3 year ban would be extremely harsh. Emotions high, just scored vs one of the worlds best teams. I don't know the lad but hopefully common sense will mean a bit of leniency. Ban for a few months, do it again then he should get punished, everyone deserves a second chance though.

Down to the courts to decide, seeing as it is a criminal offence.

Really don't see the point in running on the pitch? Fair enough we just scored. And maybe I could underStand it if it was down the other corner where town players were celebrating. I'm sure he's regretting it now .

Not to condone it, but I've seen that lad home and away, he's there every week supporting the town. I think that ought to be taken into consideration somehow.

It was a rush of blood in the heat of things but unfortunately i can see the court clamping down like they have with every football fan going through the courts recently

Can't have one rule for one and one for another just because he goes more often. Should know better will probably be the judges view. May be a moment of madness but he will pay for it and hopefully learn.

I have no doubt a few others would have joined him if people didn't start falling on top of each other running down the steps.

I dont know the lad but if he is a genuine fan who got a bit carried away for the first time I suspect the club will just give him a ban for a short period (eg until the new year) and wont get the police/courts involved. If he's done it before and/or is a known troublemaker then the police will probably involved. Thats what has happened a number of times since the ground move anyway.

Well everyone that went in the pitch vs Galatasaray didn't go to court and dudn't get banned. However they did had to write letters of apology to the club and had a mutual voluntary agreement with the club not to attend games at GM for 6 months. They didnt have a ban but volunteered to do it so no police action would be taken.

Will there be a dispensation if/when we clinch promotion? Maybe the criteria that will be applied is when Roland runs onto the pitch everyone can?

To avoid arrest when on the pitch fans should spit in a players face, the police will then totally ignore the incident!!!!!
