Luckily the 50mph winds that some areas of the country have had seem to have missed Shropshire, but a wet and windy day non the less and will probably hit attendance
Be happy with a 5000 attendance and a nice scrappy win tonight!

We may benefit from the 'glory hunters' who purchased a ticket for this game to boost their loyalty points ......

Still pretty rough up here in the north west at the moment. I've just got in from the garden having had to do some emergency fence repairs. I'm glad the game's not at Gigg Lane this evening, it wouldn't be much of a spectacle in this weather.

3987. Poor weather, another match Saturday , too far from payday with many spent out on Chelsea tickets.

Long way for the Black Pudding Munchers to come midweek, s**te weather and Champions League on t.v, which will also mean some of us won,t be turning up. What's better, sitting at home, nice and warm, tea and tiffin for free or a trip out in the wet and cold, s**te tea from Jenny's, to watch our lads. So, 3000 plus, plus me. 3001 then.

I'm glad the game's not at Gigg Lane this evening, it wouldn't be much of a spectacle in this weather. It's very blowy here too, which will be a shame if it spoils the game, as strong winds usually do. However, the BBC forecast says "winds will ease markedly" and there's a couple of hours for that to start. Fingers crossed. I'm hoping there might be at least 4,500 tonight but two more home games in a week will probably have an effect. Don't really understand why anyone but a Chelsea fan would rather watch Chelsea play Maribor on TV. Sounds all too predictable and dull - don't think I'd watch it even if I was at home tonight. Liverpool-Real's a bit more interesting tomorrow but it wouldn't keep me in if it was tonight.

3 games in 8 days plus footie on TV... And the cricket season! I don't think that affects Tuesday nights as much does it? But as an adult without a season ticket it would be £65 over the next 8 days. That's a lot.
