You've probably all discussed this before, but, I am getting increasingly concerned at the lack of goals, Mr M keeps saying they will come but until they do we are sinking down the table, 7th now. Has anyone got some comforting words for a (quite) worried Shrews fan

Yes, Vote Conservative, you have the chance to effect the outcome of the next election, unfortuately you dont have the chance to effect the outome of a football match unless you are Ranaldo in disguise!!

Dunna worry Mon..........
If results go against us next Saturday, as they might, we could find ourselves, without checking the actual who plays who maths, as low as 17th.................This Board should be over flowing with positivity should that happen......
Messrs Collins and Vernon imo will come to the rescue..... " Believe and all manner of Riches will come your way".......or something like that......

We're 7th in the league, along with a place in the 4th round of the League Cup, after a massive overhaul during the summer.
So far so good...

Who's Ranaldo, could we sign him (if he's any good) Think he must mean Lee Ranaldo, guitarist from Sonic Youth. Its a left field suggestion but with all the groupies about, at least someone would be bound to score.

7 games played in September, 5 of them we failed to score and we scored a goal apiece in the other two games. Add in 4 of the games were away and we failed to score in any of them, I think the O/P has some valid concerns.
On the plus side, only 5 goals conceded in the 7 games

This season kind of has echoes of 10 years ago. Quinn started the season with Rodgers/Lowe/Darby/Cramb/Aiston/Grant/Banim up front so optimism was high, but they never seemed to gel. Quinn was gone by Christmas. Just an observation, I'm not suggesting anything.......

panic ye not, titter yes, town are 4 points from 18th place, but this league is bunching up. Exeter beat leaders Bury, Plymouth lost 1-0 to new leaders Burton. Accrington and Hartlepool are no longer Moribund, Carlisle are stirring, and Oxford and Tranny may keep us up.
ok the last words were a joke. we are still in touch just, but we need back to back wins soon, preferably against argyle and a home goal fest against Cheltenham. AJ would like to witness a transformed team against Cheltenham from his padded seat in the Wycherley stand a week on Saturday.
My glass is still half full, I am convinced MMM, Mickey Melon's Marvels are going to knock 6 in sometime somewhere. MM refused to criticise his team at Sarfend and over the last few games, Town have created chance after chance. something is going to happen positively very soon.
do hope Petshrew has cheered up. my 2 "lucky" stfc loggerheads bears are still smiling, they are probably the only 2 who can see Town creating a surprise on TV on 28th October.
Floreat Salopia to one and all from Deepest Devon. Stop press news---- Plymouth City Council have just loaned Argyle's Owner James Brent £800k so that he can pay creditors 50p in the £ early. Argyle's new stand appears to be lost in the long grass. PIP PIP!

STFC 0 again!! It concerns me that we have most of the play and chances yet no score. Becoming increasingly worried that this team is taking too long to gel. It's ok saying that we will get through this but all the time we are tumbling down the table
