As part of AJ's 3 day state visit to Shropshire, he will visit town's new emporium a week today prior to lunchtime traditional visit to the 3 fishes in fish street AJ and his "lucky" 2 Teddy Bears Graham and Roland will be holding an early session at The Railway Inn Yorton Thursday evening. Friday in Ludlow, Saturday hospitality deal at the Club, if my tickets/pass/ visa arrive in time to witness Town's 1st goal fest!. like the sound of the t shirts, if I was allowed a suggestion 0ne would have been a transitional one with Shrew, Clippy, bend in river, Loggerheads and a Floreat salopia. another would have been a capital 1 shirt with the names of our 4 "conquests" on the reverse.! pip pip! Floreat Salopia. tomorrow night very wet and windy, Saturday mainly dry in Plymouth though windy. Our Marv is getting regular football now with Argyle. As part of AJ's state visit to Shropshire will he be making a visit to the RSH's mental health ward ?

Anyone think you should get loyalty points for purchasing club merchandise? Obviously only the more expensive items like shirts, coats etc. but could help boost sales a bit especially leading up to the Chelsea game

Anyone been to the shop in Darwin centre, Thoughts? layout? whet my appetite please. as for Jamo please accept a joke, as I accept your right to already being in RSH's MH ward if I arrive.
I suspect Mental Health is no laughing matter, but Jamo is in my book of long term insults for poor downtrodden old AJ. I think you are number 155 Jamo.

Popped down this afternoon.
Shop is on the second floor, by the steps where the cafe is and Mothercare was.
Nice fresh layout to the shop, although not a massive amount of stock which is perhaps understandable as a new range is probably due in a few months.
Nice to see some loggerheads t shirts for sale in there, plus a fair bit of reduced kit/merchandise from past seasons at reasonable prices
Since I went in the centre a few weeks ago a number of the units have been let to small independents and charities so guess some cheap rates are available between now and Christmas

I went in this afternoon too - perhaps I was in there the same time as you mattmw?
Unlike the club shop at the ground, there was plenty of room to walk round and there was a fair amount of footfall whilst I was in there.
I was chatting with Simon who was running it today and he said the footfall both yesterday and today has been good. A nice range of T-shirts with the Loggerheads on and you could buy 2 for £20 from the range they have. Also replica shirts, scarves, hoodies, jackets, mugs etc. There was also a bargain rail of older items at the back of the shop.
Well worth a visit all, and I know where I am sending Linda and the kids to buy my Christmas presents!!

I'd buy some of the T-shirts now Martin with the Loggerheads in the good old traditional shield. I look forward too to seeing the new merchandise following rebranding with the new badge.
One thing Linda and the kids will be instructed to do is not purchase anything with 'clippy' on it!!

I suspect the whole point of opening the shop, is to get rid of the Clipart stuff. still if T shirts go well, they can always order more. Clipart Dusters anyone?

Young lady assistant pictured with merchandise in sloppy Star. She is wearing a black top, wonder if it was suggested she wore a Shrews top but she said "I'm not wearing anything with that flippin cross eyed clipart lion on"? Or maybe, just like when the players do their signing on picture, we only have very very small or very very large?

visited both club shops yesterday, bought 2 retro loggerheads T shirts for £20 normally £14.99 each. very helpful staff in Darwin Centre and Customers shopping. in the afternoon went to stadium to collect my ticket and pass. went in shop and bought the last of the Lenny the Lion, lions as well as pens etc.
very helpful lady in this shop and she was able to date my 2 "lucky" STFC teddy bears Rowland and Graham to about 12 years old. both bears have visited the Darwin Centre shop and main club shop as well as reception in the stadium. they and i are looking for a win tomorrow. in addition both windows were open in the ticket office and 2 short queues were quicklty served.
Floreat Salopia! and come on you Blues!
well done Town!

Popped in at lunchtime today. The 2 staff were discussing how they support Liverpool and Man United respectively.
Hanging's too good for 'em.
