Had Sunday lunch at the Meadow for the first time today. Was really fantastic, food was lovely, really well presented and excellent value as well.
On top of this the staff were excellent, couldn't have been more helpful and made it a really special occasion. Top marks to them all.
Would highly recommend it. Will need to find another excuse to do it again.

Do they cater for young children (high chairs and teflon walls)? Yes they do. A high chair was put out for one table but wasn't required so chair produced without a problem. Little person was running around but didn't disturb anyone due to space. Little person had chips on dinner which weren't on menu.

You can't have chips at the greenhous Meadow - must have been potato fritters or somesuch posh chip that gets under the radar.

Assume they are full for the hospitality package for the Norwich game? I know I would have done it at £45 if I could have made the game.

What is the cost and what choice do you get?

What is the cost and what choice do you get? If you are talking the Sunday Lunch it was £16.99 but as we booked for 4 or more people got a 10% discount as a Super Blues member. Four starters, this week was beef or turkey, a fish option and something else I can't remember and three choices of dessert and cheese and biscuits.

Yes excellent all round and I thought very good value for money.......
Top job, congrats to all on the Catering Team...I will be sending a separate "well done" e-mail to them shortly.
Yes they do CHIPS...............makes me wonder if we might see Lawrence tonight. Or is being knocked over by a feather twice in a few days just a little too much to ask for.

That was good value for 3 courses, I will book for family meal sometime in near future! Was there an option to have 2 courses?

The Club can build on their Sunday lunch and match hospitality. for example pudding club evenings, wine and cheese tasting evenings. the club could really expand into regular gourmet/taster evenings and it would encourage families well the wives and girlfriends anyway. worth thinking about. the kitchens and rooms are there, let us use them. more ideas Matt W!
The Chairman's Club-vintage port tasting!- Microwave or oven chips. the possibilities are endless.

if provocative means raising hard earned dosh for the club, I prove guilty.

I usually only do two courses but portion sizes and quality makes you want to eat three

I wonder how much money this all makes.
I wonder if the way ahead is a Carvery that fills the place out each Sunday.

We stopped going a few years back as there was nothing the grandchildren liked, they don't do meat and 2 veg.
Is there anything for the pasta and pizza generation?

Have been a couple of times and it was booked out on both occasions so assume this is the case most weekends. It's not advertised much which is often a good sign its doing well
Bit of an aside, but when Fleetwood were on BT recently they had a large dining area at their ground which fans were using. Clearly wasn't the high end catering I imagine the Hospitality gets, more the burger, chips and a beer for £10 variety.
However the place looked packed out and well used. Would be great if we had something like that at The Meadow and think it would appeal to families and encourage them to get to the ground early for a meal ahead of the game.

Had a Sunday lunch at town today for a big group. All orders taken and served quickly. Great quality of food and service by the staff. Cannot fault it on price either. Also had Three Tuns beer on tap.

Went to a christmas party there a week last Saturday, there was a big gap between courses and we thought they'd packed to many in, getting to the bar you had to squeeze past other tables interrupting peoples conversations.
