Favourite Welshman to play for Town
Hi,
I asked in my article for the Luton Town programme, who was your favourite Welshman to play for Town?
Love your thoughts. Going to have to ask for them pretty sharpish as Whitters has me turning into a pumpkin at 12 noon tomorrow.

If you do go with Carl Griffiths he was still playing last year for a team called Hutton Old Boys in the Greene King Essex Veterans League.

I have to agree. We've had a few good ones over the years, but Evo was the best for me.

Good shout! First three seasons he was here he was simply superb - averaged 10 goals a season from midfield (those were the days). Did Ivor Allchurch ever play league football for Salop?

David Hughes was good from the two seasons we got out of him before he went to Cardiff. Came back to manage the youth team for a couple of years too before being nabbed off us (again!) by Watford.
