Wasn't there last night but the views of people I have spoken with today was pretty much consistent. Read absolutely nothing into the result of the game, so poor and disorganised were the opposition.

Without wishing to get into a tiresome argument about who sings and who doesn’t I would point out that atmosphere dies pretty much everywhere. On a personal level I have been known to get the odd chant and song going. As have others. The difference is that we don’t give a t0ss either way if people join in or not. We’re grown up like that. Anyway nobody was criticising or praising Timmy, they were – you know - just ignoring him. This was funny considering the amount of effort he was putting in. if only he could put the same effort in turning up sober!! Haha v Tranmere he was in the South and didn't make a peep!!

Block 17 - where all atmosphere dies... Atleast Mallet gives it a go Without wishing to get into a tiresome argument about who sings and who doesn’t I would point out that atmosphere dies pretty much everywhere. What I meant was 19 sing, 18 clap, 17 sit in silence so it dies out, obviously I know the atmosphere is dead for 95% of the ground. It's certainly regressed the last 2 years I think, used to be alrightish until the South Stand mob kicked out the Whistler and others from block 9. Awful in there now
